Who's familiar with Quick Assist in Windows 10?
Hi Everyone, I was wondering how many people who use this site are familar with Quick Assist. For those who may not know, it's a great tool that's built into Windows 10 that can be used to get remote help from friends and family. Have you used Quick Assist in the past? in place upgrade buggy?
hi, I tried an in place upgrade on my device but got a message stating: You can't keep Windows settings, personal files and apps your current version of Windows might be installed in an unsupported directory. Tried some method of fix but to no avail. Anyone facing the issue? I have read from here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/windows-10-repair-upgrade-not-working/4551adb8-0f07-4ec5-ace0-00c59a8b11be that it could be a bug. Can someone confirm or let Microsoft know? By the way, for my other post, https://community.windows.com/en-us/conversations/in-place-upgrade-of-win-10-vs-re-installation-of-win-10/98cba04d-f266-4f43-b6e9-a3a734dac0c8 it shows 3 responses, but when I went to see all conversations, it only state 2. Bug there?

Feedback Hub Vs Feedback Hub Preview
Hello Everyone, Recently i signed up with feedback hub preview program. Since that update i lost all my achievements badges earned earlier. In normal Windows 10 i can see all the badges previously received. But, In fast ring, for last two version's my achievements badges are disappearing continuously. I don't know what's going on my profile? Please anyone will share the benefits of feedback hub Preview Program.......
Microsoft's Games with Accounts, Cannot recover, DITTO lies
How can it be that Microsoft will not let you recover myaccount that I can Provide a great majority of the details and pertinant personal account data/information and be denied access to an account I set up, that is just simply wrong. I mean ask me who I emailed and corresponded communicatiions with for one, What was the topic etc. i ave an ID DAH! Just have to vent because they are always right NOT! Maybe a CALS should be brought forth , Sorry but I got ripped out of Office 365 one time Paid both Microsoft and my bank they covered my dispute, Double dippin in my book. Piad for it and no product Wish I could get away with charging and not having to provide my customers with thier item. How many have had unreasonable disputes with that empty feeling of legitimate victim of poor only the company benefits from one-sided corporate policy. I am stilll mad but have moved on just wont aquire an Office product again. Oh I am not done Remember when you bought MS Office and it was Yours, Pay on a Yearly basis now and your renewal date passes buy, then overdraft fees . I buy something once and it is MINE
THIS forum times out or...
The forum pages often do not load well or successfully; either the main or especially open a specific posting. Gives "not working right now" or "timed out". Sometimes, if go back to main, refresh & try again, wil open fine, not always. Usually, I don't wait for the fail, justquit waiting for it to load, close & try again. Sometimes I just wait a few minutes & try again. Maybe most of the time this doesn't occur. But sure a nuisance when it doesâť— Btw, ALL other sites & pages are fine, it's exclusively this forum doing it Cheers, Drew
Focus assist won't turn off
I've 2 machines and both show a moon in the focus assist box that will not turn off. I've tried everything I can think of, though I don't know when it appeared. Any ideas what it is please? Both machines are fully updated.

i am fed-up with trying to do screen shots of any kind or format for anybody as i allways have problems trying to get it done right and trying to get the exact page or paragraph. Every time i try and do this task it seems to me its complicated and sometimes i have to keep going back and forward and do other side tasks along the way in just trying to get the information across in the first place. And also to rub the salt in the site you are trying to get this work done tells you that your time limit has expired and you haven't done it in the right format and protocols and what ever other reasons they come up with. And With out telling you or letting you know if you have done something wrong in the first place in trying to do the screenshot done. Why cant some 1 simply come up with a more simplified way to do screen shots with out keep going back and forward and and back again and being side tracked to do other tasks. Why cant i simply explain the problem in a simplified way in a chat way or in a live chat way. And also download a quick fix solution to my problem when it comes to my software and computer problems.
