Remove McAfee safely
Hi, I would like to remove McAfee so that I can use Windows Security instead. How do I do this safely so that I don;t have issues further down the track? Thanks.

Tip of the "Ole Bowler to you Google, Waymo? whomever!
I've never been a big fan of Google Maps, mainly because their "Off-Line" capabilities don't suit my needs. But that's a different story for a different day. Today I would like to give them a tip of the "ole bowler" and say; Well done Google/ Waymo, Well Done.! Let me explain. Where I live they have been expanding one on the freeways to help alleviate traffic. The new section was just completed last week and opened for traffic. On a whim I decided to see what Google, HERE, and Bing Maps showed. Google shows it in all of it's glory, which is really no surprise when you see as many Waymo cars here as one does. I'm sure Bing and HERE will catch up, but to have it show in less than a week impressed me.

OneDrive and Photos What!
After I reinstalled Windows 10, I opened OneDrive and started getting things back in order. I noticed several images were gone, but it was time to replace them anyway. Naturally I opened up File Explorer, and that is when panic set in. What I noticed was that the folder known in OneDrive, called SkyDrive Camera Roll, was no longer there. Panic started to set in, but luckily I have every thing backed up on an external hard drive so we didn't have to get out the portable defibrillator, just yet. I started back into OneDrive in both accounts, as they are linked together, as well as File Explorer and noticed that there was now a folder call simply named Camera Roll. Ok, now that I know, I can live with that, but what puzzles me now is that on my Android phone and Fire tablet OneDrive still shows SkyDrive Camera Roll. Do I dare uninstall on those devices and reinstall, or let alone?

Cortana - Beta
I just really wish Cortana would be like it was in Win 10, version 1909. I really hate Beta because it keeps telling me, "Sorry, I can't put your device to sleep." And it cracks very weak jokes.

Outlooks on outlook, notes on Note
I need two pieces of guidance as wading through documents and pages is not giving me any confidence about Outlook. (1) Like I have had with Google/Gmail, can I add any number or at least say up to 5 or less extra accounts under my MS account? This issue sort of links to my second piece below because I am not sure how MS accounts work with what seems to be two distinct MS "accounts" with apps, etc. More on that below. What I want to do is what I had in Gmail and I am moving over to MS from Google. I have an blahblah@outlook.com email I see in the MS Office Outlook app. I IMAP my current Gmail and created PST folder files. What I really need most is another blahblahblah@outlook.com per se account. Like in Gmail I have AAA@gmail.com and AAB@gmail.com. Can I do this without buying another subscription? (2) I saw articles on using Outlook.com versus Outlook 365. I do not see the same things so apparently they are different, but why. Should my blahblah@outlook.com be seen in both? I use the 365 app as I pay for that anyhow. Outlook.com I assume if from my original account signup??! This is confusing and feeling trapped as I have with OneNote 2016 versus OneNote 365 and no way to combine them short of geek city. (3) I forgot to mention a third, so is there any way possible to change my MS Account ID from (no laughs now) blahblah@gmail.com? I mean I have no need now for any Google garb so is there a way short of canceling my current subscription under the Gmail ID and opening up another, same subscription details, but using my blahblah@outlook.com as the ID?? The only thing working that I get pretty much between subscriptions and Office versus .com versus app versus ???? is OneDrive. I can see that sync from W10 desktop and my iPhone. I can use OneDrive.com and use the app, it all works. Why doesn't OneNote work that well? Does Outlook work like that? Thanks for the help in advance. Such a Blah conversation. Alan

When you need it Microsoft online help rocks! Reach out.
I just want to spread the great news that I when I've had some issues with Edge, Rewards or Bing the help I get from the Microsoft team is awesome. They always solve the problem quickly and if it is serious, a team member has shared my desktop and helped me with hands on work. I am really impressed with all that they do to make all of our lives easier and better! I owned the 1st Apple Macintosh in the '80s and started using Microsoft only at work until 7 years ago I got a Dell laptop. I always liked Apple but I now know Microsoft is the better company looking out for us.

Microsoft You're Confusing me Again! Part II
Wait What! According to a recent interview on Wired, Bill Gates called the deal a "poisoned chalice". You can read the entire article here: https://mspoweruser.com/bill-gates-weight-in-on-microsoft-tiktok-deal/ Now come to find out this morning that there appears to be talks of Microsoft being interested in buying India's Toi Tok competitor ShareChat. Nothing there has been confirmed or denied yet. I feel a lot better knowing that I'm in good company being confused
