Malfunctioning battery post Feature update to Windows 10, version 2004. Battery says "plugged in 0% available." When i unplug the power the surface turns off and the battery does not charge. I have tried all the recommended methods from previous answer including reinstalling battery driver. Please help! Thanks in advance.

Windows 10 dll hooking and other issues
So I believe that my home PC running Win10Pro 64 has been exploited using various advanced methods inc .dll hooking, user impersonation, SYSTEM account hijacking and lots more!! Also style sheets have been used to hide and mask certain menus, options, toolbars. In chrome, ms store, AV, and more. I have been trying to figure it all out for a few months now and have collected loads of data screenshots, desktop video recordings etc. I have rebuilt the PC and clean installed about 5 times and it always slowly comes back. Even with Bitdefender 2020 and malware-bytes and zone alarm free firewall. I also seem to be able to run Windows server commands from the cmdline, which as far as I know only apply to RDSH or Terminal servers. Has anyone got any insight, or seen anything on their Windows 10 that looks slightly different or out of place? Found any worrying log files or Folders in %temp% Also I seem to have a family icon next to my Device in my MS account?! I haven't setup family, and cant view anything in Windows 10 family options and on the website it says its not set up?
Virus protection
I had been hacked in the past; Xfinity provided Norton anti virus but, it discontinued that service. I wanted to use Windows Defender and Antivirus but without success, as I got a message saying "your organization provides antivirus". Is there a means to let Windows know that is no longer true, and get the anti virus protection?

I have flat bed HP scanner that Windows 10 doesnt recognize
I have an older HP flatbed scanner ScanJet 3570C that worked well with Windows Vista but now can't seem to get Windows 10 recognize it. What options do I have, given that my laptop has Windows 10? I can't find any drivers on the HP website, or on Windows for that matter.
Maths Solver with 91
Edge Maths Solver has been/is available in Edge Canary, Dev & GA. Currently, GA requires enabling a flag, BUT Maths solver IS coming to Edge GA 91, by default; same as Dev & Canary It is in More Tools. NB: It does have a toggle in Appearance you need to turn ON to show its icon on the toolbar Btw, GA should go to 91 around the end of May. Cheers, Drew
Smile, A great new innovation to make CC work with the mic..
Would it be so awesome to make a game/platform work along side with the microphone as is in using "CC" as some would know what that means, it refers to Close captions that most see on their T.V. or Roku, etc. Having this would open up a much needed device for the Deaf and Hard-Of-Hearing world, just think that Microsoft would be the first in doing so...it is a major plus for those who now are in a HUGE multi-player realm playing as a soldier or any team/squad games, you would be doing the deaf/HH world a huge favor, just because we can not hear does not make us any less but a unique person who is able to uses their loss as a gain in being much more in-depth in their surroundings...therefore you would open up a whole new frontier in doing so...Thanks for reading this....
