Have you seen the new Office app?
The Office app is now generally available worldwide for anyone on Android and iOS phones. Have you tried it yet? Key benefits include: -Combining Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a way that simplifies the experience with fewer apps to download or switch between. It requires far less phone storage than installing individual apps while maintaining virtually all the capabilities of the existing mobile apps people already know and use. -Integrating our Lens technology to unlock the power of the camera with capabilities like converting images into editable Word and Excel documents, scanning PDFs, and capturing whiteboards with automatic digital enhancements to make the content easier to read. -Adding new functionality for common tasks people often encounter when working on a phone—things like making quick notes, signing PDFs, scanning QR codes, and transferring files between devices. What is the best program for drawing on a touchscreen?
I've got Illustrator and frustratingly I can't draw on the screen with that. My ideal application would let me draw on the screen with one of the multiple touchscreen pens I have bought and be able to save the file as a pdf, so I could open it in Illustrator to further manipulate the vectors.
How old is too old?
I am a substitute teacher who is preparing for the new school year. Because of the COVID -19 virus, a good number of the classes I will work with will be virtual, using assorted teleconferencing programs. I currently have a 6 year old Acer Aspire E11 laptop. Question for the community, how old does a computer have to be to be too old to use for more current applications like teleconferencing, etc.? Are there clear symptoms that my computer is too old for productive use, aside from being a little slow at startup? I Look forward to the responses. Thanks.
