Microsoft rewards
The rewards monthly emails are no longer showing up - last one received was in Aug 2019 - contacted support and it's still not fixed weeks later. Issue happened in June as well - contacted support and it was fixed for July and Aug - but Sept and Oct and Nov so far nothing . Is anyone one else not getting the rewards emails - I did receive my 9yr Anniversary email from them.

I am trying to synchronize Outlook.live with the Android contacts app on my phone using MS Exchange. It appears that I need to provide a "special" Outlook email identity or address that seems buried. I cannot find it in any of the settings areas.
Reply to Spam: Please Don't do this
Yesterday I got a spam asking me to update my Netflix account. Funny thing is I don't have a Netflix account. The email was a mass email that I immediately as you should to Netflix. Next thing in the trash it goes with proper blocking. This morning I woke to the same email, except this time is was a reply from one of the mass recipients telling them what a bunch of dumb a@#$% they all were... etc. etc. naturally I didn't open it and sent it to junk. Point is replying to them, all she did was validate that her email address, was well valid and now she should expect to receive a whole lot more spam. Please folks, Don't reply back to them at all! forward the email to either your email provider, or to whomever they are trying to imitate. Take Care Out There and Safe Computing.
Confused about Microsoft Mail accounts
I'm considering disconnecting from my Google account and my first step is moving to a Microsoft Mail option. But I'm really confused about the different mail options in Microsoft. Can someone explain the difference between the Mail app that's in the Start menu versus the Outlook app that's in the Start menu versus the Outlook.live.com option that opens up when I select Outlook from my Microsoft 365 menu? (I think there might be more options for this list but I can't remember them :) ) Also, I'm told that since I'm "subscribed to the Microsoft 365", "you have a Microsoft office email" but trying to clarify what that email is has not been easy with the responses that I'm getting from Outlook Support.
Installing 365 for business on my home PC
Hi I have a work licence that I would like to install on my home PC while working from home I know I can use it on up to 5 devices but my question relates to the effect on my home email accounts. My home PC have office 2016 which will be overriden if I install 365 I did this earlier and could see I retained separate home and work email inboxes my question is if I do this would my personal email account start backing up to my work servers/cloud? ( I dont want it to obviously so as to keep home and work separate) Am I worrying about nothing and will it still mean my personal emails only back up to the cloud not the work cloud
GlobalSign
I have not down loaded the GlobalSigncom. but when I open my Virgin Media Email account, the message suddenly appears at the left of my email address that Virgin Media are not safe and some one could be reading what I am looking at. It is GlobalSign that is telling me this issue. I have tried to remove GlobalSign, but have not found a way to do this. Not sure what to do next apart from contacting Virgin Media to deal with this issue. Any one had the same problem, if so let me know or explain how to remove it from my computer. Regards
Windows 10 Mail. Mail keeps changing my Verizon password
When I enter my verizon email account and put my password in. I check for my mail and don't receive any. I go back into my account and the password is changed. Anyone also have this problem? DFG
User name of Microsoft account
Is it a standard procedure to use an e-mail address when creating and naming a Microsoft account? (like somebody@outlook.com). What are reasons to create more than 1 Microsoft account. Thank you for comment.
Windows Defender Support question
I have received an e-mail from "Windows Defender Support" says they have charged me $399 for 12 month subscription. I did not order it. I did not authorize any payment from my account. Please advise
