How do I disable dumb overtype PERMANENTLY? OneNote Web
This feature is very annoying. I cannot seem to identify when and how it gets triggered. A bit of searching reveals that "Insert" or "INS" should toggle the setting for overtype but this it is not working at all for web version of OneNote. I am forced to reload the OneNote tab and then finish writing/ editing the sentence in normal mode but then again It comes back when moving to next line or bullet. As per my research if it is enabled it should be enabled throughout regardless of application but as I am writing this very post in normal mode in another tab within the same chrome windows. the very next OneNote tab is suffering from useless feature called overtype. How is this possible. Or have I gone insane. Please help I may be PEBCAC

Headset Microphone turns off when I access Device Settings
Hi All, really funny one and I'm wondering if it's actually a bug. When on a call with someone in teams I'm happily chatting away, then click on the 3 dots in the top left of the screen, and select Device Settings. As soon as I do that the microphone switches off and the only way to get it back is to end the call and call the person again. Very odd anyone else come across this ?
Differentiating Simultaneous File Explorer Sessions
I frequently need to open multiple instances of File Explorer to facilitate file management among different clients or projects. It requires high concentration and effort to ensure placing the correct items in the appropriate folders. Is there a way to customize each simultaneous Explorer window to differentiate them, such as by changing the Folder/ File name text or font, or Explorer Page Header or Page Color? This would also be useful for other apps such as Word and Excel.

graphic driver updated, device manager shows wrong version
The NVIDIA Geforce Experience app alerted me that there is a newer driver. I installed/updated it but the device manager is still showing the previous version. It should show the latest version/date. The one in the device manger states: 10/22/2019 but in the app, it states: 10/29/2019. It should say 10/29/2019, not 10/22/2019 in the device manager. Here's an idea to improve MS Calendar and Reminders
Sharing this idea and hope that others agree it would be helpful. How many times have you said to yourself or a family member or colleague, "On the next warm day, I want to..." Or, "on the next cool day I need to, or, the next time it rains, I need to..." In other words, "To Do" list items are not only date/time relevant, they also have other attributes or triggers such as weather (as one example), or location attributes such as "the next time I'm in Boston I want to...". The could apply to business as well as personal items. This feature would bring the next level of intelligence and personalization to calendar and reminder apps. It's only a question of time as to which vendor introduces it first - and will make users become lovers of their technology/platform. Update KB4571756 problems
the 9th september i shut down with an update and the 10th the PC didn't start. I had to use an external startup to install a backup from the 28th august operating system. So it was running again it starts with automatic updates. I restarted several times to update but after multiple times i figured out the last update KB4571756 will not install but keeps returning each time in the update menu. Don't know where to report this by Microsoft. Maybe more users have the same issue ?
