This is just a flying visit this morning 😃. May I ask the Moderator to send my thanks to the team that sent me the email concerning my suggestion of sound clips for notifications. The team responded by providing really good information and I will try out some time today. If successful, I will let my colleagues, friends et al know that this function is available. 🤩 So, my experience on this platform is - if you have an idea/suggestion/comment (respectful ones), Microsoft listens and helps - really whizzo of the team 🤩😎💜

For those who are taking the MAY "B" UPDATE, KB5003173. ✨ Quality Windows Audio Video Experience, QWAVE ✨ It is added in the list of services. QWAVE run when you are watching ANY movies/videos. In my list of services, there is no Q listed before I took the update, that is why it is easy to find. ✔ Open TASK MANAGER ✔ Go to SERVICES or PROCESS (click the App process that plays your video, you will find QWave) ✔ Its alphabetical, look for QWAVE or Quality Windows Audio Video Experience. Have you notice the quality of your video, while watching your favorite stars??
The Search box moved in Outlook to the top of the screen
The Search box moved and I do not have a Coming Soon on the Upper R had side of my screen to put the Search Box back above my messages
windows 10 pro display screen sleep issue
Can someone tell me why windows 10 pro looses network connection when you only set the display to turn off after a predefined time and not allowing the SP to go to sleep? i have gone through many articles/ registry suggestions about making sure the network setting is set to not turn off when the SP goes to sleep so thats all fine. but i cannot find out why and how to stop this. windows 7 never use to do it. you could set the display to turn off after a certain time and that's exactly what would happen. The computer would still be running and all the network connections would stay connected. very frustrated!
Microsoft Compass - A New App Idea!
Hello Everyone, Happy Holidays. What if we had an app, like Microsoft Compass, to tell us the direction we are facing? If it existed, it would be very useful for praying to God, because, according to Hindu traditions the models have to face East (or West, I forgot!!!) and when I try to search on Bing for online compasses, they never work. :( Comment about this idea!
