System Text Encoding Concern
I got an issue with the csv which is generated from a UTF-8 encoding. I tried to change my computer's system text encoding into UTF-8. However, when I tried to open in an excel it doesn't recognize the characters. I tried to change the system locale of my computer but it doesn't work.

Third party involvement..
I've always liked windows in the past. I just now started using computers again for work after around twenty years. It is taking time to get used to windows with micrososft. It seems that it is to obvious that a third party is in my computer. Compared to setting up my Mac Notebook, windows has been a complete headache in many ways. Is there a way to use windows 10 without it being obvious that a third party is working with windows? Also it seems not to link to google properly, I had to download chrome just to be able to keep working, I would like to use windows again.

Powershell Scripts
Hello, i have a little question using/creating scripts in Powershell. In my Company we use RegEdit.exe a lot, so we want to automate some things, that's where the Problem starts... We want to disable the OneDrive shortcut in the MS-Explorer - I know that the path to do that manually is "HKEY_USERS\[SID]_Classes\CLSID\{018D5C66-4533-4307-9B53-224DE2ED1FE6} I know how to get the SID via the cmdlet "System.Security.Principal.NTAccount($env:Username).Translate([System.Security.Principal.SecurityIdentifier]).Value", so my question now: Is there a way to get the [SID]_Classes via a cmdlet or format the "normal" [SID] using an cmdlet? Greetings Yannik

Windows bootloop
I need help, I have had a bootloop for the last 5 hours and I don’t know what to do. I can’t open the troubleshoot page, or safe mode page either. It’s just stuck on a loop. I was using my computer for some work, and right when I was about to shut it off it froze, so I turn it off from my power on/off button and then Turn it on again because I was scared something might of happened. Then I just get stuck in this loopboot and can’t do anything. The only thing I can do is as soon as I turn it on I can go into my motherboard settings (Asrock UEFI). I have never had this problem before. It’s a custom built with a Asrock B450M-HDV R4I believe. The CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor. Also I updated windows last night, so i don’t know if it has anything to with the update. Is there any way I can like reset it from the bootloop or something? should I erase the SSD data or something?

Blue/Green Screens 🤔 Part Two
Is there any way, I can apply a sound to a blue/green screen to alert me that of the situation. This would be so helpful to the visually impaired person. I have applied sound when I receive a notification - that is very useful. But I think error screens such blue/green warrants something special - like a sound of crashing musical symbols 🔊 🔔. Something that would immediately grab my attention. On December 28 2019, I experienced a serious interruption of my computer system when Windows was downloading an update. My computer ceased to work and I was unaware of the problem. Being unable to see the screen I inadvertently clicked on an error message which necessitated my having to contact Microsoft that day. I was so fortunate that the engineer on the other end of my link was helpful and very sensitive to my situation. 😊 I ask fellow contributors to take my posting as a serious request for help. The green screen oopsie the other day, heightened my concern. Many thanks and keep well.

Windows 10 and apps won't update
I cannot download or update any apps in Microsoft store. They all say 'pending' and when I close all but one, it acts like its going to download but never gets off of pending. Same thing happens when I try to update Windows.
