Windows update caused chaos
Last Windows update came to my Surface without warning. It was already there when I started. Suddenly a couple of days later I found out that my HDD was full and Pc in difficulties. I found out that Update had diverted my OneDrive sync process automatically to my HDD and filled it completely. I am still trying to solve this disaster. HDD has difficulties in cleaning and OD has difficulties in syncing. Before Update everything went fine since I unchecked File on demand as I do not trust OneDrive anymore for all my files. I had external drive for all my files and OD was synchronized with this external drive without problems. Without any warning Windows started diverting and syncing all my files to my HDD and oveloading it. What a disaster! As I can not trust any online company for monopoly of all my files I can not accept the File-on-demand option. Windows is obviously trying to make this monopoly power obligatory. Which makes me consider another cloud service. At the moment I have my data fortumnately on my external drive. I am trying to delete OneDrive from HDD but it seems in difficulties. There is no space left for this process. I tried to uninstall OneDrive program from HDD in order to reinstall on external drive, but HDD could not uninstall. Microsoft has made a violent invation on my PC and caused a complete chaos. Any assistance to this problem?

Last Windows 10 update and Office Pro 2013
Ever since the last update to Windows 10, my Outlook crashes constantly for things ranging from not communicating with Excel and Adobe Pro to something as simple as trying to switch from Contacts tab to Mail tab. I have submitted logs and the re-created issues recordings several times via Feedback Hub. I have contacted Office support 4 times, and only once I thought the issues had been resolved. Well, most were - all except this crashing thing. With and without tech support I have uninstalled and reinstalled my Office 2013 at least five times. I wanted to go back to a restore point, but discovered that I have none now! Surely I am not alone in this predicament. I am losing productivity in my office and I am losing faith in this software.
On-line Shopping 😉
Whilst we have all been on lockdown (except for front-line workers bless them🙏) have your online shopping transactions significantly increased, remained the same or even decreased? I have been an online shopper for several years which I find so convenient and cost-effective. Since lockdown though, I have used the 'Amazon' platform more than I had originally anticipated even taking into consideration the difficulties of lockdown. Here in the UK during the first few weeks of the pandemic, supermarkets experienced panic buying by many, many customers resulting in stripped shelves and getting a delivery slot was very difficult 🤔😮. Thankfully supermarket shopping delivery slots are much easier to book. But I had to resort to doing more virtual food shopping and found a source form a pub in a near-by village. 🥛🍇🥬🥦🥔 Restrictions in England are being lifted slowly and non-essential retail shops will be permitted to re-open on June 15th. I have to wonder though, whether shoppers in general will return to the High Street/Main Street in the numbers prior to the pandemic. The retail sector has suffered significant losses and several large department stores have gone into administration. Do you think that the pandemic has fundamentally changed the way we will shop in a post-pandemic world? For myself, I think it has. I find on-line shopping so very convenient - even buying printer cartridges and other desk essentials was easier than trooping to the retail park. I think MS/Windows/Skype et al had made my daily life much easier - thank you to all the teams. Now I can shop around the world, hold virtual meetings, keep in contact with friends and come to this platform any time of the day/evening. So cool 😎 Many thanks to all MS teams. Views? Many thanks all and keep well 😊
I'm about to build a gaming computer myself so i been watching videos of people building them. These builders never buy a OS, they just never register windows and just keep default desktop screen. Is this ok to do, is it legit and legal?
