I tried downloading photos from my iCloud to my laptop and then uploading to OneDrive from there, but then the problem is some of the photos don't keep their original timestamp. So some photos from Feb 2018 start being sorted as photos from Dec 2020 because that's the day I downloaded it from iCloud and uploaded to OneDrive.
