Ever feel like MicroSoft isn't being completely honest ?
It is my belief that transparency and nomenclature are major issues that MicroSoft (r) refuses to or is unable to (probably little of both) address . . . It is my belief that software (and hardware) should be both reliable and elegant . . . LIKE A WALL SWITCH ! ! !

How are you using Windows to increase your productivity ?
My personal favorite Windows 10 feature is Snap. Snapping in Windows 10 a great way to use your screen real estate more efficiently if you have several pages or applications open. To snap a window, all you need to do is drag the top of an app window to the side. Then snap assists brings up other pages that are open, you choose your preferred one, and then pages/apps are placed side by side. This is extremely helpful for all the avid multitaskers! How Do You Learn About Windows 10 Best?
Hello all, I have a genuine question that has no right or wrong answer. How would you learn to use your computer better? It doesn't matter the device, the operating system, or how long you've had it. Simply put, everyone learns differently and at their own pace, what format or style of learning works best for you? I'm a Microsoft trainer and have been providing computer training at all levels for years. As much as I love the job security of being needed... the ultimate goal is to make Windows 10 easy to use and navigate without support. So, do you learn best from step-by-step instructions in a clickable demo?Perhaps that's too time consuming and you'd prefer a quick notification with basic instructions? Do we appreciate links to support pages or pop-up instructions? Has the time finally come to bring back everyone's favorite digital assistant Clippy? What do you perceive as helpful versus intrusive? So please, take a second to sound off and thank you for your feedback!

Will You Save Your System or Format it?
Let say you are facing a technical problem in Windows and you have the following options: 1) You could just format and reinstall Windows (e.g. using reset or refresh) and reinstall and recover everything and go back to world. 2) You will work on find and fix the problem and solve it without formatting your Windows. The first one might be easy but you will need to reinstall everything and second one might be time consuming but you won't go for reinstall and recovery process.

URGENT ALERT RE HACKERS, VIRUSES, AND DANGEROUS THREATs
Today I received an urgent, very loud, alert from what appeared to be Microsoft, telling me the computer was in serious danger from hackers trying to gain access to my personal information. I was instructed not to turn my computer off or leave the page and was afraid to exit. I was also instructed to call the phone number provided immediately. I was not aware of any MS security threat scams and was quite worried. The technician I spoke to on the phone assured me he was a licensed MS technician and that since my computer had already been hacked, all my personal information was in jeopardy. This was a first for me and decided it would be best to trust his judgment. He accessed my computer and seemed to think 17 hackers were attempting to take over my computer and said my entire security system was locked, so I would not be able to proceed without removal of the threat and the addition of a network firewall and an IP protection. He took me to a web page for RIGHTPCEXPERTS.COM in Tampa, and gave the impression they are affiliated with Microsoft. Because I am age 69 he offered me a "discounted price" of 299.00 and I was left to believe it was imperative, as all my devices were in danger. I was then referred to a second agent who said he would be able to remedy the problems with my PC. HE REMOVED MY SYSTEM MECHANIC AND THEN installed an AD BLOCKER, CC CLEANER, ANTI-VIRUS HACKING. HE SEEMINGLY CLEANED MY COMPUTER AND THEN INSTALLED A NETWORK FIREWALL, AN IP NETWORK ACCESS PROTECTOR. After I PROVIDED my credit card number for the charge of 299.00 I was told there was an additional fee technical fee of $120, that would be paid in 12 installments of 9.99, for a total of 420.00. I was so reluctant but thought I had no other choice but to proceed. Like another gentleman who was concerned about the legitimacy of this company, I am left wondering if they are a scam. MY INVOICE READ AM PC SECURITY, NOT RIGHTPCEXPERTS OUT OF TAMPA AND NEXWAY HANDLED THE TRANSACTION.
