Is there a way to fix Windows without having to lose everything? Some of my programs are paid for and I don't want to lose them.
What one piece of advice would you give to a new user?
Say someone had never used Windows before, what piece of advice would you give to them knowing they are starting from scratch? As someone who works as a Services Advisor in a Microsoft store, I'd personally make sure they knew that the left click is for selection of items and the right click will (usually) give you a menu with more options. I see a lot of new users struggle with that.
Covid-19 and technology
How do you take advantage of network and computer technology to stay productive amid Covid-19 pandemic. How Microsoft technology empowers you? Microsoft Azure? IoT? Office 365? The "New Normal" powered by technology is gaining popularity to replace the old normal. Exam paper -> File upload. Ink signature -> Digital signature. Work attendance -> Work from home using network. PS: Video call is not a major need for my family as face-to-face (offline) gathering is more cheerful, more emotional, more happy. But I have to patiently guide my mom to make a video call.
How old is too old?
I am a substitute teacher who is preparing for the new school year. Because of the COVID -19 virus, a good number of the classes I will work with will be virtual, using assorted teleconferencing programs. I currently have a 6 year old Acer Aspire E11 laptop. Question for the community, how old does a computer have to be to be too old to use for more current applications like teleconferencing, etc.? Are there clear symptoms that my computer is too old for productive use, aside from being a little slow at startup? I Look forward to the responses. Thanks.

Persistent Windows Account Notification
Whenever I boot my computer (windows 10) I get a notification saying "We need to fix your Microsoft Account (most likely you password changed). Select here to fix it on Shared experience settings." I click on the notification and then the "Fix now" button below the red "Some of your accounts require attention" message. From there a dialogue window opens up, but it never loads. The previous screen has the option to give feedback however I need to be logged in to leave feedback. I click log in and I see the same empty dialogue window pop up, so I'm guessing it's the same log-in problem. So how do I resolve this self perpetuating problem? How do I satisfy or disable this incredibly persistent notification?
