Issue. Solution. After installing the Windows 10 Anniversary update, dragging emails to the file system or between folders does not work. The issue affects all supported versions of Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016.

Known issue: Some users who have SteelSeries wireless headsets connected to a Xbox Series X|S console will notice that when their console is powered off that it will power back on when they turn off their SteelSeries headset.
