Stereotypical Profiling
I just watched your videos on how to avoid Web/Emails/Call scams. Very good advice given. However, on each occasion the technical advise is delivered by a 'White' male and 'The Scammer' in each video clip is portrayed as a Black Person. How come?? Why?? Surely there are 'White' scammers!!!! 'Stereotypical Profiling'!!! Three film clips and each time the 'criminal' is Black. This is how the other races, people's minds are poisoned against Black People. Let me see your answer but more importantly....what you going to do about it?

Using 'Speech' in a Word Document 👌✔😀
For several days and many hours of intensive 'labours' trying to get 'narrator' to read text in my Word documents - I have come across a feature in Word that does not require switching on narrator 😁 >In the Word document tab or mouse point to the Review button >click on speech >click on 'read aloud' It is as easy as that 👋🙏 I have sent feedback to the Insider Programme suggested that this feature could be made more prominent. Keep well All

MS Build Day 1 - So Much Info❗
OMG❗ I will give more an 'editorial', than (a few) details. Build is basically for Developers and the building of apps, coding. But also, what those apps are or they will be used & to what benefit. It is mostly regarding Cloud, Azure, Teams and concerns for business & Enterprise... but think as Industry, Health & Medicine, Wellness, Education, Retail, Automotive, Finance, et al. The interoperability of open-source tools across ALL platforms & devices opens so many doors, makes so much (more) possible. Greater efficiency & productivity. Fluent UI is the universal open-source design language diving the plethora of Tools in AI, in everything from IT & IoT to Windows. MS is doing & offering heaps in terms of Learning Tools (for students AND teachers). Also, heaps of opportunities for Training, Learning & certifications in IT. The largest job market now & the next several decades is IT, Developers & Software engineers. MS Build has some VERY cool 3D Printing happening. Folks are submitting their files and those things are being done over the 2 days, fun to see. And info about 3D Printing, certainly. Azure is huge in all its components, services & offerings. It is super-powerful & comprehensive and massively helpful. It is not free. A major part of it is 4 or 5 items compiling its Power Platform; Power Automate is 1 of them. I say this to impress upon you what a big deal it will be part of WIN10 FOR FREE. I have another piece to tell, but I don't want to fret about space ergo will start another thread. And I have to reboot to finish KB5003214, anyway. For anyone interested in MR, I will leave you this link, aka.ms/IwantMR Cheers, Drew

Improved reliability: Fixed an issue where Edge doesn’t start and instead gives an error that the “side by side configuration is invalid”. Fixed a crash on launch on Linux. Fixed a crash on shutdown when the browser is closed quickly after creating a new tab. Fixed a crash during shutdown. Fixed a crash when using vertical tabs. Fixed an issue where re-opening an IE mode tab that was previously closed sometimes crashes the browser. Changed behavior: Fixed an issue where there’s an invisible or un-selectable tab in the tab strip. Fixed an issue where the … menu’s icon direction is vertical instead of horizontal. Fixed an issue where middle-clicking on a folder in the Favorites menu doesn’t open all its content in new tabs. Fixed an issue where clicking on the Favorites menu or History menu button when the menu is open doesn’t close the menu. Fixed an issue where certain website permissions in Settings are blank. Fixed an issue where the button in Settings to manage printers doesn’t work. Fixed an issue where autofill sometimes suggests older or out-of-date passwords for websites. On going Excel problem? Question? Nag?
Ok group, here's one for you all to put your thinking caps, little tin hats, or whatever you do your best thinking in and help me solve this nagging problem with Excel. I like to write Excel spreadsheets, and have since the days of Microsoft Works. As I have progressed over the years, I keep coming up with this one small problem that is driving me totally nuts, because it is random. By that I mean I can have the same exact formula in one cell and not get the little green arrow and in the very next cell I get the little green arrow, telling me there is a problem. Since I know there is no problem, I simply High light all of the cells in that column/row and choose Ignore error, and it goes away for a while. I will tell you up front that most of my formulas are based on one cells being greater than: and usually end with, "") here are a couple of examples: =IF(A4>0,(H4*10%)*A4,"") , =IF(A15>0,D15*A15,"") These happen to be off of the same spread sheet. Most other errors I get, after a cursory glance I can tell what oopsie I made, but this one is driving me almost to the Decaf-coffee pot! Thanks all
