I recently bought a new Asus laptop with Windows 10 home. How is it that BitLocker is included? It should only be available in the pro version. Is it possible to uninstall it? I disabled it via services.msc. Is that permanent or temporarily?

You can move the taskbar to any edge of your screen; right-click the taskbar, click Lock the taskbar to uncheck it, and then drag it with your mouse. To see how much disk space is free, hold down ALT and double-click the icon for the drive in the This PC window. You can solve disk space problems by accessing Storage in Settings or Disk Clean-up. To free disk space, try emptying the Recycle Bin. Deleted files and folders are saved in the Recycle Bin until you empty it. You can use File Explorer to see all the file son your computer. You can use Paint (normally launched by clicking Start, scrolling down to Windows Accessories, clicking Windows Accessories, and then clicking Paint) to draw pictures and view bitmap files. When a folder is open, you can press BACKSPACE to open a folder one level higher. Use Preview Pane in File Explorer to preview a document without opening it by clicking a document. When you display files in the Details view, you can sort them by clicking the column headings. To sort the files in reverse order, click the column heading once more. You can right-click anywhere to see a menu of available commands. You can try many useful programs by clicking Start, scrolling down to Windows Accessories, and then clicking Windows Accessories. If your computer's network is set to Private, you can access the Network folder in File Explorer to see computers in your workgroup. Really Microsoft? Money?
Back in the early days of computing, Microsoft had an actual program called Microsoft Money. While it wasn't perfect, back then it was pretty leading edge stuff.at least that and maybe more, when I downloaded this version. This is nothing more than a locked, and IMHO useless template, that someone put together. Quite frankly I'm appalled that Microsoft would allow their name to be associated with it. It took 2 tries to get my accounts in, but hey really that's ok. When it got done downloading my information, I noticed that not ONCE did it see what the category was that I had set on the banks page. I have set hose categories up over many years, and Mint picks 90 % of them up! Which brings me to beef #2 Categories! While you can add new categories and sub categories to the new categories you cannot 1: Add sub categories to the existing ones, 2: Your Added categories are separated from theirs, nor can you alphabetize any of them. I finally gave up after 10 minutes of trying to switch to another account, Whether or not that is because it is a locked template or not I don't know. All I know is that for now I'll be sticking with Mint, and hoping that Microsoft does a real program and not just an Excel template.! A Microsoft Fan Man that is SO DISSAPOINTED!
How can I see what happened to my computer while I was away?
Can event log be deleted in Windows 10? Hi, I was away from my computer for approx. an hour and want to understand what I can do to ensure nothing was done with my computer while I was away. NB: The machine would have been password protected at the time and locked. My first point of call was running an event log "eventvwr.msc". I have two questions: 1. Can system login be deleted? If so, is there something I can do to show it was deleted? 2. What suggestions are out there for checking anything was done suring this period? I really appreciate your thoughts and comments.
