I cannot buy anything through windows store as any of my payment methods is not being accepted in the store need help ASAP..... even if i am adding my card details correctly i am not being accepted in the Microsoft store i tried with multiple cards and still facing the same issue i dont know what to do????
Too many emails?
10-30-2020 Hello folks, During the last two or three months, MS/Windows has been sending warnings about a high percentage of emails in my box, with a veiled, or maybe very obvious, warning of dire consequences: $$$ When I opened the area/tab where it warned of a high percentage of mail, it "offered the opportunity" to purchase 365, which I definitely do not want to do. I purchased office at a set price, with the understanding that there would be no additional charges. But, in view of the threat of cancelling/negating my use of the Internet, I decided to erase as many emails as time would allow me. A few weeks ago, I erased more than 2,700 emails; two days later, the warning that I had used 96% +++ of my allotment, surfaced again. Two or three days ago, I erased over 700 emails. Once again, now it shows 94%. I think the MS/Windows agenda is very clear: to trick me into signing up for something I do not need nor want. After erasing +/- 3,400 emails, the score has only gone from 96% to 94%. I find Apple's approach to extra storage for $.99 monthly simply honest. I have subscribed to Hotmail/etc. for many years, peacefully, but now this seems like a new trick to syphon money. Since I have spent soooo much time erasing emails with such a small results, I am simply at a loss as to what to do. Suggestions, please, Juan José Rodríguez S.

PC Maintenance
Is there a maintenance service that the customer can purchase (annual basis) from Microsoft? I thought I came across this kind of thing the other week (perhaps I am wrong). The purpose of this service is for Microsoft to (via proxy) to keep the system up to date and problem free? I cannot find the link now 🤔 Many thanks
Outlook POP to IMAP change
Hello, I use a local MS Office Outlook installation with POP download from my MS Outlook e-mail account. Question: Can I change from POP to IMAP for an existing e-mail address? Or do I have to open a new e-mail address for this. Another question: I have set Outlook to include my first name and last name as the sender. However, I am unable to ensure that this also happens when I use an alias address. How can that be achieved? Thank you for help.

Am I the only person who uses One Drive to share files??????
I think that One Drive is fantastic for many reasons, one of which is the ability to share files with anyone just by sending them a link (email attachments are so last decade). But so often when I suggest this to a friend or colleague they look as me as though I have just landed from outer space! Yet everyone seems so familiar with Dropbox. Often when I suggest sending something via One Drive they say "just send it via Dropbox"! Why is this? For a Windows 10 user surely One Drive is so much easier. So, my conversation starter is: - "Am I the only person who likes to use One Drive for file sharing?
