I love the Troubleshooting Microsoft offers.
I wish they would expand it to cover more problems. There are some problems that they refer you to a lot of technical talk. I am not a Geak, so please try to add things that I understand or you repair.
Microsoft's Support really sucks
I am unable to send an email to a client - seriously, COMPLETELY UNABLE - to send an email to one of my clients with Microsoft Windows 10 Outlook because every time I type in her email address, the program 'corrects' her email address to her phone number. And there is NOBODY at Microsoft willing to fix it or answer the problem. I expect better service from a company with this much of our money and with this much market saturation. I have already looked at several conversations and the only answers I have seen involve trying to find every email, text or other communication I have ever had from any source with this person and try to delete them all - which is not possible. Anyone else?

How rid Microsoft Browser from my Hard drive
I want that pesky browser from Microsoft off of my Hard Drives, Gone for good. Any Way to do that? It is Browser I have no use for and will never use, and every start up it opens up and I have to close it and this is very annoying! I do not care this their operating system, this is my computer and I say what programs I want, microsoft does not need to force them on me.
Microsoft Edge - Generate Passwords? - Game Changer?
As a long time user of LastPass, I was really upset when Microsoft Edge came out and found out that it and LastPass were not playing nicely together. LastPass owned up to the problem and has been working on the problems, but it still isn't quite right, and seem to get buggier with every update. Keep in mind that's just MHO. What are your thoughts about the new Microsoft Edge logo? I've only seen it for the first time today and have yet to warm up to it. Like anything new, I'm sometimes slow to catch on and this is probably one of those cases.

Hello, Wednesday 21st October, I used google to search for some information, I found the interesting topic from “answer.microsoft.com” page so, I clicked link, it brought me to page but just a few second while I was reading that topic, the pop-up appeared. It said “ Help us help you! Got 30 seconds? Want to help Windows be better? Participate in our study“ with the option “Cancel” and “Join” (I can’t remember), I clicked ok and it brought me to “ https://community.windows.com/en-us/“ Is it legitimate user research from Microsoft? Does it have something I should be worried about? Detail: I found this pop-up when I opened “answer.microsoft.com” on my notebook (Browser: Chrome) but It doesn’t appear when I opened the page on mobile device Thank you
