Microsoft Edge Chromium BUG!
The edge is not redirecting to a external app like twitter when we tap on a twitter link in both windows and android. Note: I have enabled the external app feature Is it only me or anyone else is facing this issue?, let me know in the comments. Donating with Microsoft Rewards
I have been using my points to donate to a non-profit charity, ReLax Collections, to help promote education around the world. It took me 6 weeks and 5 different "helpers" from Microsoft to finally tell me 1. if the money was actually donated to ReLax Collections. The money was debited from my account but the charity had no record of receiving the funds. After repeated emails back and forth I finally got the answers. Shame on Microsoft for taking 6 weeks to donate the funds and having 4 agents answer my emails with the same generic responses.

Microsoft saw I was eating my homework! and Thanks!
I was rearranging some file and in doing so lost track of what I was trying to accomplish, and inadvertently screwed up the placement of some very important spreadsheets. In order to get things back on an even keel, it became necessary to delete a lot of duplicates, so that's what I did. Everything went fine, and all is well. At the end of all of this, I got a message and an email from Microsoft " Heads up! We noticed that you recently deleted a large number of files from your OneDrive" and that if I had made a mistake I had 30 days to restore them through the OneDrive Recycle Bin. Normally I would say keep your nose out of my business, but in this case, I'm sort of glad someone had my back, 'cause these files really are irreplaceable and besides can Microsoft really read them? Thanks for the message Microsoft!

Shoutout for Microsoft Teams 🤩
We are more than aware of the ongoing situations with CoVid19. ☹ Many people have been confined to their homes or, self isolating for their health protection. For those people who are confined (like a contributor to this platform) as an example, they are able to carry out their job responsibilities from home because many of us live in a connected world. This could not have been possible without the advancement of computer technologies to the level as they are today. Just imagine this kind of situation 20 years ago?! Having just been contacted by an individual who is working under these conditions, they expressed the opinion and I quote 'thank goodness I am able to do this'. My colleague is using Windows 10. So Microsoft please accept this person's thanks. Guys you are cosmic 😃 and so are the people using this platform, offering their help and advice to other contributors - co cool .

Where can I find Microsoft Sam ?
Microsoft Sam was the coolest. Where can I find him? Text to speech is not the same without him. I had him saying things that had me laughing for days !
