Office app
Hello! I have two office app's on my pc. One with a blue color pinned to start menu and the red color installed on my hard disk. How do I manage these app's? Can I uninstall the one on my hard disk? I need your support! Thanks!

I now can only pin to the task bar and not at all to the start up page.Why,I much prefer to pin to start up page.How can I fix this problem?

Games (world of tanks...) switch to desktop
In the middle of a game Windows 10 switches to desktop. I have to alt-tab to get back to my game. All notifications are off. Sometimes when that happens I briefly see the weather app icon flash once on the start bar. So I uninstalled weather and news apps (the ones that come with windows 10) = still happens. Any idea? Thanks

depuis la mise a jour de Windows 10 1909 vers la version 20H2 l'explorateur est destabilisé, en effet il ne garde pas les réglages miniatures ou icones , documents pour documents ou images pour images que l'on est censé obtenir grace a option de l'explorateur, ce module ne focntionne pas bien, avnt cela focntionnait parfaitement mais la y a un problème

Language and keyboard issue
I set three Preferred Languages in Windows 10, each associated with a different keyboard layout: English (English-Qwerty), German (German-Qwertz) and Italian (Italian-Qwerty). I use different input methods for different apps, everything is smooth and fine and I can easily switch between keyboard layouts when I need to - with one notable and very annoying exception. Whenever I use MS Word, a fourth keyboard layout turns up automatically and messes up my typing: Italian-Qwertz. The point is that I have never installed it and it does not appear in the installed keyboard layouts under any installed language, but I cannot get rid of it unless I restart my pc and every time I run MS Words the unwanted keyboard layout is there again. This is driving me crazy and I would be grateful if you could help me regain my peace of mind.
