user account troubleshooter
hi Microsoft: We would like Microsoft to add a user account troubleshooter to be included with the other troubleshooters like network, Windows update, etc. Last time, my user account was corrupted because I could not delete temporary internet files. Had to create a new one to fix it.

Hi all! Which Microsoft Apps have you been using more now than you did before? 🤔 Personally, I have been using Microsoft To-Do to stay on top of my tasks. BTW I work at MSFT and I'm curious to know which apps have been getting you through your day-to-day 😊

Just curious: Why can't microsoft corporation (the maker of microsoft products) answer directly to its consumer questions related to its products? Especially when cosumer is haven problems with your Os, why do you have to refer to windows community for answer? In a layman thinking, you created, you made these products, you should know best.
What is your Windows troubleshooting go to site
Nine out of ten I'm able to find an answer to my Windows related issues at https://technet.microsoft.com but I was wondering what other sites/blogs people use to troubleshoot their Windows issues.
PC Maintenance
Is there a maintenance service that the customer can purchase (annual basis) from Microsoft? I thought I came across this kind of thing the other week (perhaps I am wrong). The purpose of this service is for Microsoft to (via proxy) to keep the system up to date and problem free? I cannot find the link now 🤔 Many thanks
Windows Applications on Mac
Hello Windows Community, I am a Mac and PC user. I think the Microsoft Apps on Mac OS are excellent. They are just as good as they are on PC. Does anyone else use Microsoft 0365 Apps on their Macs? (If you are a Mac user)

Which uses less RAM?
Does the old Edge or the new Edge use less RAM? I want to go with the one that has less RAM, not the one recommended by Microsoft. (Chrome is out as it uses significantly MORE memory than Internet Explorer or Edge Legacy on my Surface)
