Hi Everyone, More and more people are getting notification to upgrade to Windows 10 Build 2004. It is as easy as performing an update but since it is new build, it will take longer. I am wondering, how was your experience in case of upgraded to build 2004? Was it smooth upgrade? Everything was working after upgrade?

Hello all, I have a genuine question that has no right or wrong answer. How would you learn to use your computer better? It doesn't matter the device, the operating system, or how long you've had it. Simply put, everyone learns differently and at their own pace, what format or style of learning works best for you? I'm a Microsoft trainer and have been providing computer training at all levels for years. As much as I love the job security of being needed... the ultimate goal is to make Windows 10 easy to use and navigate without support. So, do you learn best from step-by-step instructions in a clickable demo?Perhaps that's too time consuming and you'd prefer a quick notification with basic instructions? Do we appreciate links to support pages or pop-up instructions? Has the time finally come to bring back everyone's favorite digital assistant Clippy? What do you perceive as helpful versus intrusive? What is Productivity?
I'm often baffled by the way people use the word "productivity". It would seem I may have the wrong idea of the definition of productivity. In my view, productivity describes the most direct way to achieve a desired result. It means, responding to a request with a direct action towards producing the desired result : eg: "open the window", should cause someone to open the window. Conversely, when I ask Microsoft to do something , I usually get a response in the form of a question. " Are you sure that's what you want me to do?" or perhaps, " Do you have the authority to request that ?" Very often, on the internet, I get an even more non-productive response. " Sorry, we cannot find that site" or another inane response is , " We notice you are using an ad blocker. We'd like to give you the opportunity to remove it or disable it so we can feed you the kind of crap you put the ad blocker in place to prevent ." Am I wrong in assuming that Microsoft is asking me to remove my,"productivity" measures so they can waste more of my time with unsolicited sales pitches instead of doing what I asked them to do?

Changed my default picture folder name somehow
I somehow changed my default picture folder name that I also don't know how and now it shows (/D) only. And I am not able to rename it now. I don't know much about operating computer and learning to use it. So please somebody help me in this issue. My C drive shows 47 GB free out of 97, D Drive 437 GB free out of 450 GB and E Drive 445 GB out of 450 GB. So you see not having much files but stil my laptop runs very slow and takes a lot of time to start and reboot almost 10 min for each one. And runs super slow. Please guide me in these matters. I shall be very thankful for any help provided on here.
