In your own opinion, what do you believe is the best productivity tool Microsoft has to offer (this includes any Productivity Tool you can download via the Microsoft Store)?
Microsoft Outlook 365 (Desktop)
In all the years I've been using Outlook, I have never had this happen, so I thought I would pass it on just in case any of you ran into it. I don't know for sure whether or not this last update caused the problem but it's suspicious When I got an email, I noticed that all I was getting was the header and not the body of the email. Played around with some setting and thought I had it fixed. Nope! Did a little searching on Bing, and found it to be a known problem and the cure was rather simple. Turns out that the server seemed to think that I was in Offline mode. reset that along with a few other parameters while I was in there and the problem seems to have disappeared. Keep that in mind if that happens to you. Apparently it is also a known issue with Gmail as well.

Converting a PDF document to Microsoft Word 2010
Recently, the PDF document conversion feature in my Microsoft Word 2010 disappeared after having performed fine. I spent more than 2 hours with a chat advisor on Microsoft's help line to no avail. Despite a determined effort, he wasn't able to resolve the issue. Very disappointing! I suspect a Microsoft update is to blame. Has anyone else experienced the PJDF conversion problem? If so, was it repaired and how?

Test Drive the New One Outlook?
Saw this and thought Ok., let's play! I'm all for Microsoft combining all of their email programs and apps onto one single entity, and applaud them for finally doing so with the new Monarch client. I would love to use it, but it's still a weak replacement if it can ever even be considered a replacement for Outlook itself. Too many features are missing. While most of use lay people will never ever use most of the missing features there is one feature that will keep me from switching as I am sure it will others. That feature is the ability to manually set the reminder time for an event or appointment. It is needed. and I hope Microsoft gets it included. I've seen it asked many times over and I myself have requested it be included. Oh! Sorry the Test Drive? Well Outlook.com and install it as an app is all it is. Then I suppose you could hide that awful Mail app that's already on your start screen. I know I would. Not a big deal IMHO. You can use it opening Office, or Bing for that matter.

It makes me sad knowing that my neighbor uses her talent her education her ability her smart phone her hp network office printer to access my computer. Using I am not sure what or how to remotely manage my computer as a workgroup computer organization administrator with the right to monitor everything I do. I use my computer to invest and trade using my TDAMERITRADE Brokerage account. She is able to use python and panther, Visual Studio C+ as System owner change group policy become trusted installer, owner, administrator with full control I am allowed to read and write. i am allowed to use a virtual desktop with a virtual TDAMERITRADE ACCOUNT while she now has access to the real account she diligently places my orders . the sad part is getting mail addressed to me from TDAMERITRADE but my name is missing my middle name. I noticed that when I called the call center the answering service that gives choices to connect is now the same AT&T male robo answering service that directs calls to a 3rd party assisted call center of scammers and bad actors that literally used my wireless account to start an e business and cancel every wireless phone order I made. Identity Theft no just someone who uses Applied Behavior Analysis on a renter in a home tricked out with audio system that uses sound frequencies and this new science to turn people into noncomplaining provider for services that are under my name rather than my neighbors name . Crimes using the Smart phone by her will be blamed on me. My life is nothing like I had planned it I am a Veteran with a Benefits award . $3000.00 a month and because I was not all that old when that happened Social Security $540. 00. 70% Peripheral Nerve damage drop foot no one wants to hire a person who can trip and fall over a shadow.
