'Your account settings has been changes on Sunday' 😅🙅♂️
First let's ignore the spelling mistake in the title...in that email i got from a bot : title 'Re: Notification from Amazon - Your account settings has been changes on Sunday, 03. 2021. ETC: 88979234' and content: 'A m a z o͏ n <................@............online> Sun 03/01/2021 22:52 amz Dear Customer, Wе havе placеd a hοld οn yοur Amazon accοunt and all pеnding οrdеrs. Thank yοu fοr yοur attеntiοn. Sincеrеly, Amazon Suppοrt.' 🤷♂️ i took a look at it bcoz i actually ordered something on Sunday, turns out not to be an actual notification, but a click bait~ A warning for all of you to check their emails not on a mobile device, you sometimes will not see the sender of the email, and thus the email will appear more convincing. This very email has yet been sent to 'email@example.com' , which obviously is not me, in what way did someone manage to redirect emails is a puzzle for myself, but the fact remains it found it's way to my junk folder automatically. Well dome Outlook for categorizing it as junk, but not so well for even sending it to me 😑
resolving Outlook 2007 password issue with windows 10
recently upgraded my desktop from windows 7 to windows 10. Elected to keep office 2007 with Gmail as my primary email. Intermittently experiencing an password information message window in Outlook 2007 when I select the Outlook 2007 App and/or select the send/receive function within the App. Message is "Enter network password", "type your user name and password". I have verified that the password is the same for both Gmail and Outlook 2007, rebooted the system, but still get the same message when selecting "send/receive". This request window doesn't always display upon initiation of Outlook 2007, but does eventually pop up sometime during the Outlook session. When this pop-up message box appears it requires that I select the close X and/or cancel tab several times before the pop-up box goes away and allows me to continue with the Outlook session. Both Windows 10 and Outlook 2007 have been reloaded, yet I still continue to experience this issue. Any thoughts???? r3jr

History of Windows Since 1985
I am writing this message as a suggestion to devote a website to the various versions of Windows along with a description of major additions and improvements of one build over its predecessor from the original Windows (release date 11.20.85) up to and including Windows 10 (release date 07.29.15). A lot of changes have happened since Windows first appeared in 1985 and from time to time I will think about the evolution of and the countless changes to the program that single handedly revolutionized personal computing as we know it today. Just the change in size of programming code from way back then to now is mind boggling! I remember getting a new computer with a 60 MB (Yep, MB) hard drive and how I was envied by co-workers. We thought a 60 MB storage drive would be more than enough to meet any future needs. Nowadays, some office documents and many stand alone apps are that size and greater. Microsoft has every reason to brag on its accomplishments and contributions to the tech industry in just over 30 years. Displaying these events would not only be of historical importance but perhaps an educational tool as well. A virtual tour and perhaps enabling online access to functional prior operating systems would be interesting to young and old (Yes, I'm on the "old" side). Anyway, you folks are more than talented to come up with the best way to exhibit this idea to share with the world. Maybe its been discussed before but if not I just wanted to encourage a thought process to consider its viability. It could also be an excellent tool to market Microsoft into future generations. In any event, congratulations to Microsoft and its employees for past accomplishments and best wishes for continued success! Thank you for your consideration in this matter, your time and talent! God bless all of you and yours, and bye for now, Paul
