I was noticing some problem's with my account. Tried to fix the problem's myself however, this proved to be unsuccessful. Decided my problems needed expert advice and chose to ask for Microsoft Support. Amazed, (and relieved) to discover a team of professional's are there to help with any and all concerns you may encounter... Microsoft Support. Once you contact them, and type-in your concern, you're assigned a case number and a team member to address your concern. They keep you abreast of their progress with e-mail's to you. Most concern's are fixed for you within a matter of day's. One concern I had took roughly a month however, every concern I encountered was not only fixed but relayed professionally to ensure I understood. I had a couple that even threw the team for a loop and was informed they would address these at team meeting's to make Microsoft even better for all Microsoft user's. Personally, I extend accolades and kudos to all at Microsoft for helping end user's understand that there is an avenue to utilize that will help with any and all concern's toward making Microsoft Windows even more user friendly.
Office 365 error on windows 10
Have tried support and the tech couldn't understand the issue.... it seemed he felt it wasn't an issue or didn't understand at all. In summary. personal Microsoft ( consumer) account with an attached an o365 account several ways Workplace account Windows 10 mail Credential manager (confirmed there, not modified) Outlook 16 every time reboot or recover from sleep I have to re-authenticate through the o365 portal to go daddy site for email, onedrive, SP designer etc. Office apps don't prompt consistently but come up with odd webapp / element login prompts occasionally that use the std o365 interface. I have recreated profiles, refreshed my surface to test a fresh setup. removed and re-added all apps and workplace accounts etc. but cant seem to get SSO / pass though auth. I'm having a hard time on the forum here finding anyone with the exact same issue which troubles me. anyone have any idea what I do next? Tips to protect yourself from viruses (Computer Viruses)
Please don't open files that end in .vbs (Visual Basic Script) because you might get a virus. And, do not open emails in spam that the subject is like, "EMERGENCY:YOUR BANK ACCOUNT HAS BEEN COMPROMISED" because those contain mostly .vbs file(s). Also, HTML, ActiveX Javascript viruses, and MIME viruses can immediately launch without you opening the email. Have a great summer! (Winter in the southern hemisphere)

Hello, I am trying to change my alternate email for my Microsoft account as it was put in incorrectly. So when I am asked for the alternate it gives me the address they are wanting to send it to, however it is incorrect and I will never receive that information

WATCHING ME
HAS THIS EVER COME ACROSS ANYONES MIND? Well it mine. i had this feeling i was being watched. i spent days and hours searching my coMPUTER. I DID FIND WAYS TO see what family member or live in is doing. there are apps that can be downloaded that can watch every move you make without being in family group, for instance ever see your window page change maybe a different picture,or a picture you have chosen of personal or from micro store? well behind is a peculiar thing... hidden try hiding all icons on your window screen. i did and found a small icon of an app i downloaded. what is this doing here? also being redirected from your search engine.? i am microsoft .. in my history said it was amazon.. so i deleted amazon. my search engines are really not my search engines.. This is an act from live ins that think it's funny .. i say sneaky. they say i am administrator and yes my title says so but I am not .i cant even get security on my outlook email,, when i click it it says you can not get this for any of your emails!!! what! I try to get answers but you all know what happens... ok try looking deeper into your computers wether individual employee owner or student ,,,,k? .Also try this double click anything at the bottom will say inspect well inspect it.
Why I Love Office 365 Personal
I've mentioned before in here, what I thought some of the advantages of a subscription to Office 365 were. Office 365 was updated this morning, and after having a couple of cups of coffee I decided to see what the update was all about. While reading through it I noticed a section called Share Files, and clicked on File Transfer. The feature has always been there I'm just a little slow on the uptake to notice it and see how it works. So for those of you that already Know about it and how to use it, move on, nothing new to see or read hear, unless you can add something? Thank you very much! That would be appreciated. I no longer have any Office programs like Excel, Word, or PowerPoint on the home screens of my Android Phone, and Kindle (9th Gen.) Fire 10. Instead, I have Office 365, along with Outlook, and OneNote. Besides looking good, it frees up clutter too. So what did I find out this morning? Well, it's a little thing called Transfer Files. Pretty nifty really. send or receive file from your computer, by simply scanning QR Code from your computer. Nice! Since Most of my file live in OneDrive I probably won't make use of this often, but for those files that live on my desktop this will make transferring them a snap. There's also another feature in that same Shared Files Group called Share Nearby, that I haven't played with yet. If you use Office 365 or is it now Microsoft 365 check it out!
