Have you seen the new Office app?
The Office app is now generally available worldwide for anyone on Android and iOS phones. Have you tried it yet? Key benefits include: -Combining Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in a way that simplifies the experience with fewer apps to download or switch between. It requires far less phone storage than installing individual apps while maintaining virtually all the capabilities of the existing mobile apps people already know and use. -Integrating our Lens technology to unlock the power of the camera with capabilities like converting images into editable Word and Excel documents, scanning PDFs, and capturing whiteboards with automatic digital enhancements to make the content easier to read. -Adding new functionality for common tasks people often encounter when working on a phone—things like making quick notes, signing PDFs, scanning QR codes, and transferring files between devices. How many of you have received your free download of Windows Wallpaper from Microsoft? Did you receive that email on your phone to get the free gift? If so...pretty cool! 👍😁👍 I think it was a fabulous offer to say the utmost to end the old same themes per day. I like the slideshow, that it offers also. It looks way better to view such displays at nights to end the glare sunlight of day. Your computer comes more alive at nights too. Thank You For Replying. 😎
No more Bing app rewards points?
The rewards page in my Bing app has changed. It now takes me to the exact same page in that it does in Edge. Used to get up to 270 points per week with the Bing app (10 points for the first day, 20 points for the 2nd consecutive day...70 points for the 7th consecutive day.) I was at 60 points on Friday, but then never saw the reward for 70 points on Saturday. Does anyone know if Microsoft is getting rid of the Bing app rewards points?

Office 365 error on windows 10
Have tried support and the tech couldn't understand the issue.... it seemed he felt it wasn't an issue or didn't understand at all. In summary. personal Microsoft ( consumer) account with an attached an o365 account several ways Workplace account Windows 10 mail Credential manager (confirmed there, not modified) Outlook 16 every time reboot or recover from sleep I have to re-authenticate through the o365 portal to go daddy site for email, onedrive, SP designer etc. Office apps don't prompt consistently but come up with odd webapp / element login prompts occasionally that use the std o365 interface. I have recreated profiles, refreshed my surface to test a fresh setup. removed and re-added all apps and workplace accounts etc. but cant seem to get SSO / pass though auth. I'm having a hard time on the forum here finding anyone with the exact same issue which troubles me. anyone have any idea what I do next? Recently i did a office 365 set up on my windows 10 and i referred this article https://www.o365cloudexperts.com/blog/step-by-step-guide-to-manual-office-365-setup-for-workstations Need help to solve this error. Let's talk VPN's. Are they really necessary ?
Back when I was an active participant in the producing section of society, (I'm now retired). I used a VPN for connecting my laptop to many hotel/motel/restaurants' WIFI. This of course was in the days before tethering to my cell phone was allowed (cough, cough) and of course unlimited data plans. Today however there seems to be an abundance of free WIFI from stores, cable companies, and even some municipalities. What I've also noticed when I'm out and about is, that if there is a WIFI connection available, and I'm not connected to it, it will try and connect, there by almost stifling what I am trying to access. An example would be an Excel file. When that happens I simply shut the WIFI off, and go on about my business using my data plan. Given that tantalizing tidbit of information, and the fact that about the only place I consciously connect to WIFI is home, is a VPN in my case really necessary?
The app is ok
Microsoft rewards problems
I was wondering if anyone else had problems loading Microsoft edge or Bing on Saturday Feb 15, 2020. I've been with Microsoft rewards for about year and half. I would have reach 400 day streak this week but I couldn't load my dashboard in edge or my Bing app or safari on Saturday and im Very stressed. Customer service said possibility that my iPhone wasn't syncing with their database so that would be on them not me so why do I suffer and Lose all my hard work. Those of you who have rewards you know it's very difficulty to keep a long streak but I do rewards everyday and take a screen shot of my completed dashboard. That's not enough any suggestions?
