To access the settings of chaning the color of the mouse pointer please follow these steps: 1. Go to settings. 2. Click on the "Ease of Access" tab. 3. On the left panel select Cursor & pointer. 4. Then on the right hand side you will see Change pointer color, choose the colorde one then select the one you prefer.

By default, the color of the pointer is red, but green and blue are also available.
