All this works fine, what I would like to know how to do (and I do not know if an AddIn or a WordProject is my best bet) is how do you create a "Post It Note" type control allowing the editor of the document to "Add Post It Note" , and also veiw other comments that were previously created.

This app needs a bit more work before it should be released to the public. I can't post anywhere on the desktop, just in the window of the app. I have control over color (limited), but have no control over fonts and other things that would be useful.
