Program shortcoming
How do I avoid getting complete link address windows whenever I pass over embedded links in messages? The link address window sometimes takes up a third of the screen and obscures messages I am trying to read. I have never got a response from Comcast (Xfinity) or Microsoft (the e-mail program) to past queries I've made on this issue. I first asked for help on this problem seven months ago. This is all very frustrating and I need a fix now!
VIRUS PROTECT
Since BT changed from Yahoo to Webmail for e-mails, I cannot download ANY attachments to e-mails, even ones I created. I am getting message Cannot Download - Virus Protect failed. I took Virus Protect off my computer but no change. Re-installed Virus Protect. Any ideas as to what settings I need to change? Thanks Joan

Ok so I don't have a lot of $ but i have someone always trying to hack my accounts, I am not super tech savvy what are some cheap ways to keep them out of my personal files? ( he lives in my home with me and I am tired of the invasion of privacy and he has recently acquired 3 laptops and 4 or 5 cell phones all different accounts he thinks i know nothing about)
