Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution. Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.

Your Xbox One console automatically detects the display resolution on your TV. However, on rare occasions, your console may not detect the TV's resolution correctly.

Find Display resolution, and then choose an option. It's usually best to stick with the one that's (Recommended). Note: If you see unexpected changes in your screen resolution, your graphics driver might need to be updated. To see and install available updates, select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
