hi there: I created a new user account because my old one was corrupted. Two issues. 1) I switched from local account to my MS account. Issue is, the background color, like having folders in the dark mode, etc. did not sync or carry over. What is happening there? 2) Why are apps from the store like Candy Crush gets installed automatically? What is happening there? Possible bugs? Can someone have the team check it out? I can send a feedback, if it is a bug.

+1 Issue with Your Phone
How can I eliminate the above noted issue when using "Your Phone" on my windows 10 version 1909. I have asked for and received assistance, remotely, from two (2) Microsoft techs with no results. Am I the only one experiencing this issue? If so, how can I resolve it. My phone is a Note 8. My cotacts do not ontain the "+1" designation. It only appears on the PC, Acer 5, when I attempt to make a call. HELP!!!

Resolution: This issue was resolved in the out-of-band update KB4554364. It is a cumulative update, so you do not need to apply any previous update before installing it. To get the standalone package for KB4554364, search for it in the Microsoft Update Catalog. You can import this update into Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) manually.
