Tips of the day: Getting your work done
To start a program, click Start, type the name of a program, and then click a program in a list of results. The underlined letters in menus indicate a keyboard shortcut method to select the item. Just press ALT and the underlined letter. You can minimise all open windows at once; just press WINDOWS LOGO + D. You can use your right mouse button to drag files. Try it and see what happens! To select more than one file or folder, hold down CTRL while you click each item. Deleted files and folders are saved in the Recycle Bin until you empty it. To open a document quickly, you can double-click its icon. If you work on a laptop away from your computer at the office, you can easily keep documents up-to-date on both machines by using OneDrive. You can use long filenames when you save documents. You can even use spaces! You can manage applications that are currently running by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + ESC and clicking Processes. The Shut Down command on the Start menu enables you to safely shut your computer down. You can minimise neck strain by positioning your monitor at eye level. When you type, keep your wrists elevated or use a wrist-pad to minimise strain. Even if you don't shut your computer down at night, you can turn your monitor off to save power.
Microsoft Edge Chromium BUG!
The edge is not redirecting to a external app like twitter when we tap on a twitter link in both windows and android. MS Edge is not reacting
The last days, when I'm in a program, it blocks always, and I get the message 'MS Edge is not reacting. Then I click on 'close'where it's said, we'll transfer the info to Microsoft. But with what purpose ,because I get no reaction of Microsoft at all. This all came up after their last update.

How do I stop this page from opening a new tab?
Hi I have Win 10 and Dragon Chrome browser. All my setting are set to: DONT OPEN ANY NEW TABS WHEN I CLICK LINKS! In Win 10 - Internet settings. It is set to "Dont open a new tab/page when I click links". Every time I click on any link here, it opens in a new tab. Even Microsoft.com, in my Microsoft account, doesnt do that. I have a google Extention that prohibits any link or command to open a NEW tab. I need to right click and open link in a new window, if I dont want to go to the link in the same windows. HOW are you forcing my system to open a new tab every time I click a link here? The logs says nothing, and developer tool shows no java/JSON hidden activation. How do I turn off, so I can click links in the community, and use the same tab/window? Its getting annying to remove tabs all the time when browsing and posting here. Single spaced template for new doc on Word
The newest update to Office 365 doesn't have a template for a single spaced document. When you click on New Doc, you get a template with double spacing, trying to select single spacing doesn't work. There used to be an optional template for single spaced doc's, but now it's no longer available. Maybe I'm missing something, but I need to have the use of single spacing in my documents and I hate to have to use Google docs inorder to get the right template. Thanks for the help Ken Miller I just came up with the answer to my own question. I have been using the web version of Office and didn't realize. What a dummy, this happened after I did the recent update to Version 2004 in October. So, I installed the app on my laptop and don't you know I now have a choice of single spaced doc's as a template. How to keep Edge up to date
1. go to the three dot on the top-right on the corner. 2. on the bottom-left click on About Microsoft Edge. 3. Then it should say checking for updates. 4. If there are no update it will say Microsoft is up to date. 5. If there is a update let it finsh. 6. Then click on restart. And that is how to update Microsoft Edge.
