My computer won't connect to my portable WI-FI.
My computer will connect to my hotspot on my phone, I should say it connects but no internet. I connect my phone to the portable WI-FI and it does just fine.

Hi Everyone, I would like to share you little trick with Microsoft Account (including the one you used to login to this website) and it is you are able to login in Microsoft Account without entering username and password. To do that you will need to do some setup on your Microsoft Account which are posted here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4463210/windows-10-sign-in-microsoft-account-windows-hello-security-key After that use Microsoft Edge and visit any website where it asked for Microsoft Account and then in menu click on "Sign in with a security key" and follow steps to login. How to stop "upgrade" nags
Up until the end of support "upgrade" nags on Windows 7 have been able to deal with. Now, suddenly, it got more aggressive and is going full screen every time I boot to remind me to "update". I don't like Windows 10 and want to delete the "Upgrade" how to I do this?

Frequent Buffering of Audio Streaming in Browser Window
Just bought a new Dell Windows 10 desktop. I often open a browser tab for a radio station and select "listen live" to start audio streaming. If the streaming occurs in a new browser tab, the stream will stop every 10 minutes or so and then start up again. Even more annoying, if several other browser tabs with streaming are open, but not steaming, all the audio streams start playing simultaneously! I have to then shut down the unwanted streams. Interestingly, if the audio is streaming in the background, whatever window I'm working with when this happens also stops and indicates "no internet." I have 100Mbs Fios so it's not a bandwidth issue and I do this all the time in the Windows 7 computer with no issue. So it is a Windows 10 problem. This problem does not occur if the streaming occurs in a new window and NOT in a new browser tab. Is there a buffering problem in Windows 10? How do I fix this? Thanks in advance.
Need a little Excel help here please
I have a workbook that contains 7 worksheets, all of which are identically formatted, or at least were, and there in lies the problem. One workbook shows the same formatting for row height (14.5) and font Calibri 11, as the rest, but when I went to try and match it in a blank row in a different worksheet, I had to increase the row height to 20, and the font to Calibri 16. Any input as to the cause and a possible remedy would be appreciated. Thanks "I am not young enough to know everything." Oscar Wilde
Old Keyboard has no volume control
hey! I have an old keyboard that has no volume control... there is no "fn" button or any other sound key. Is there any way I can fix that? any button that can replace the fn or so thanks!
change text colors of desktop apps shortcut, folders, icons
Wouldn't it be nice if users can change text colors of desktop apps, folders, icons~like the recycle bin, my PC, etc. to be able to match the background image? I would like to use a photo and set it as the background image but the text colors of desktop apps, folders, icons, etc. are not clear. I mean like if I have a white background color, then I will not be able to see text of the desktop apps shortcuts, folders, icons, etc., since they are white by default.
Windows 7 Network Adapter problem
Hi I’m using Windows 7 on my Lenovo Thinkpad t420, I ran into some trouble with my network adapters, I tried some help from Google but nothing work. tried: 1. Installing new network adapters from intel. 2. Uninstalling network adapters but it’s still there. 3. System Restore. 4. Rebooting the wifi router. 5. regedit 6. cmd The computer also says code 31. I would really appreciate if you could help me with my problem! :)
