What is this site and why did it show up on my Start menu?
I came to this site via a link on my start menu. What is this? Is it a replacement for https://answers.microsoft.com/ or something that runs in parallel? What is the goal of this site?

I now can only pin to the task bar and not at all to the start up page.Why,I much prefer to pin to start up page.How can I fix this problem?

Is there a way to make a shortcut for this Community's home page or my home page to this community and have it on my laptop. I would prefer to make the shortcut on my Laptop as opposed to an app on my phone. Would be nice to simply click an icon or even have the icon show messages as does the Skype icon...
