Stopcode error (20H2)
Hello friends, Today I got a StopCode error (20H2 didn't solve it, moderator)... This is the 2nd time since I reset my PC, and the 5th time since I bought this laptop. I entered my password and hit Enter, and suddenly everything went blue. The code was CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. Thanks. P.S. I noticed that after it restarted and I logged in, there's a new icon @the bottom of the taskbar that says "Meet now" with the camera icon. Is it a virus?

What Do You Think About Skype?
Nowadays we are in situation where we should participate in social distancing and that's leads us to relay on Social Media ,Instance Messages and other means to do remote communication. Skype is great program to communicate remotely and if both parties have a device which Skype could be installed on it, they could have a Video and Voice call communication. Skype is also good if you just want to have quick chat with someone who doesn't have Skype and you could send invitation link and they could join the chat using browser without installing Skype. In worse case, when the other party doesn't have Smart Phone, Internet Connection or there is other issue, you could purchase Skype credit and call Skype to Landline or Cellphone which is available for most places around the world. I am Wondering, are you using Skype? Why? Why not? If you are using different technology, please name it and tell us why you are using it?

Windows 10 Version 20H2
When does it update to the 20h2? will it do it automatically? And when does the KB4571744 kick in?
Windows 10 and apps won't update
I cannot download or update any apps in Microsoft store. They all say 'pending' and when I close all but one, it acts like its going to download but never gets off of pending. Same thing happens when I try to update Windows.

Hello What follows, are comments from my two neighbours/friends who read the guide. I preface my comments by indicating that these people are big fans of Windows/Microsoft. 'Most likely we would not read the guide as we are very familiar with Windows'. 'However, as you requested we did read the guide and we think it is very good - we are able to follow the videos and instructions with no trouble whatsoever'. 'We normally flip over to the search engine and ask our question if we get stuck with something - we think this is a better way for us'. 'For visually impaired people, videos will not be that helpful'. 'Keep us in the loop Anne'. 'BTW, we like the new Edge - very fast on our new Surface devices'. So Moderator 😊 - this is the feedback from my friends who are Windows fans 👏. I will leave all the other feedback on this platform as soon as I have received it.
