Office 365 change from Home to Personal
Is there a way to change\downgrade the license of Office 365 Home to Office 365 Personal? I have the Home which provides for 6 installs or licenses. I only need one which Personal offers.
screensaver
PC continually defaults to screensaver. Have changed screensaver properties, no results. Can't use PC without screensaver continually showing asking for my PIN.

Move external files to external drive
I am trying to move two files from internal C drive to external flash drive. When I try to move them one at a time I get a window that says file is too large for the external drive. The external has 152GB of free space. The files that I want to move are a little over 4GB each. I was able to move a few 2GB files without issue. Anyone have suggestions?

Using Points for donations
I've been using my points to make donations for the past few months or so. I really like this option since I don't have a use for the other prizes, such as Xbox or Skype, and I like helping out a little. But how exactly do my points become money to help these charities? Just curious!
