Problem Printing Word Document
l have been printing the same word document for years with no trouble. It still prints from my old laptop HP OMEN with Windows 10, to my old printer HP Envy7640. I have just tried to print the same document from a surface go 2 in Windows 10 s mode, using word to my HP Envy 7640. It won't print. Word says there is an error with my margins. quick fix is to print as PDF file then print the PDF file using my HPsmart App to my printer. Anyone know why the file won't print normally from word on the surface go 2? I know word uses the printer driver to work out margins but could this error be anything to do with s mode? Apart from that the surface go 2 is brilliant. I am using the basic model and so far it handles all my basics well. Good job Microsoft: Wish I had one of these at school in the 60's. Wouldn't it be great if every school could give one of these to everyone at school. I'm actually writing this with a pen just like I did before l left school. The more we advance the more we stay the same.

What is the best program for drawing on a touchscreen?
I've got Illustrator and frustratingly I can't draw on the screen with that. My ideal application would let me draw on the screen with one of the multiple touchscreen pens I have bought and be able to save the file as a pdf, so I could open it in Illustrator to further manipulate the vectors.

What's your favorite feature in Edge?
As a long time Chrome user, my favorite feature (by far!) of Edge is being able to ink directly on the screen. With my Surface pen I love being able to hit that inking button and circle my favorite parts of an article. This is super helpful whenever i'm researching a new place to vacation too! Have ya'll ever used inking? or is there any other hidden gems in Edge other should know about? -nik SVA @ Microsoft Store

Foldable vs. Day Runner
I got to thinking this morning about how far we've come with smart phones and laptops, and now foldable phones and soon foldable laptops, since the hay day of things like the Day Runner. Yea! how many of you remember when those were in their hay day. And it's still available too. Back then when you wanted to take a note, you opened your Day Runner and wrote the note. Today, you open your gadget (laptop or phone), open OneNote and write you note with a pen too! Need to jot down an appointment or see if you're busy? Open your gadget, open Outlook and look at your calendar. Need to make a new appointment or shuffle some around? Grab you pen and write it down in Outlook. Other than the obvious that everything now lives in the cloud and is sharable, have we really come that far?

Desktop PC, tablet or smartphone?
What is your favorite?

When do you use the touchscreen on your PC most?
Working in a Microsoft Store, I tend to use my touchscreen a lot because of the convenience. Once I got passed the fingerprints on my screen, I found it to be beneficial in my daily tasks. I am curious, in what ways have you used it?
