System Restore is a Microsoft® Windows® tool designed to protect and repair the computer software. System Restore takes a "snapshot" of the some system files and the Windows registry and saves them as Restore Points.

In the System Protection dialog box, type a description, and then select Create. Restore. Right-click the Start button, then select Control Panel > System and Maintenance > Backup and Restore. Do one of the following: To restore your files, choose Restore my files. To restore the files of all users, choose Restore all users' files.

CANT FACTORY RESET MY LAPTOP OR RESET MY PC ... download the Windows 10 ISO through Media Creation tool from another computer and then perform a repair of the operating system on the affected system.
