How to use touchpad (Dell XPS 15) for handwriting? I have a new a Dell XPS 15 with touch screen and Window 10 installed. I can bring up the handwriting box on the touch screen but cannot use the notebook touchpad to input. I prefer to do it on touchpad rather than on the touch screen. Any way to do that?

The previous Windows Ink Workspace included Sticky Notes and Sketchpad. You can still use Sticky Notes to jot down reminders or note your ideas. To access Sticky Notes see Get started with Sticky Notes. Sketchpad is only available in older releases of Windows.

The student wants to write on a PDF but he cannot do it. Responding with the question "Which app are you using to write on PDF files" totally begs the question. The student clearly says he cannot write on the files. Ergo, he is not using any app and is not currently writing on PDFs. Your response should have been either "sorry, you cannot ...
