Training Programs
Does Windows have training programs for individuals interested in breaking into the IT field? I'm not even sure what area to be interested in, I just know IT is very marketable and in the current economic climate I need all the help I can get.

Developer Training
Over the last couple of years I have been learning to use Access and to write some basic VBA and SQL. This has been a fantastic experience for me. I have found a great new hobby and possible new career since I am quickly nearing retirement from my first career. I would like to become a fullstack .Net developer. (If that is even the correct term) Can someone point me to a reputable provider for some training? Call me old fashioned, but I still prefer to be able to talk to my instructor and ask questions.

How Do You Learn About Windows 10 Best?
Hello all, I have a genuine question that has no right or wrong answer. How would you learn to use your computer better? It doesn't matter the device, the operating system, or how long you've had it. Simply put, everyone learns differently and at their own pace, what format or style of learning works best for you? I'm a Microsoft trainer and have been providing computer training at all levels for years. As much as I love the job security of being needed... the ultimate goal is to make Windows 10 easy to use and navigate without support. So, do you learn best from step-by-step instructions in a clickable demo?Perhaps that's too time consuming and you'd prefer a quick notification with basic instructions? Do we appreciate links to support pages or pop-up instructions? Has the time finally come to bring back everyone's favorite digital assistant Clippy? What do you perceive as helpful versus intrusive? So please, take a second to sound off and thank you for your feedback!

Writer's Exercise Software for Microsoft Word
I have been thinking how helpful it would be to have software that can be set alongside a Microsoft Document that exercises a writer's momentum, that can be used to stimulate a writer out of writer's block, or even basic training skills (such as defragmenting or verb confusion correction). I could imagine that the seniority that Microsoft is able to create such software from, the programs would be worthwhile and a lot of fun!

Moment of Need Learning (MONL)
How do you get the naive, untrained, beginner to learn programs and guidelines faster and more effectively? The answer is arrange your material to be interactive and adaptive so that it can respond when a user/learner needs the information. This is the most ignored, unused learning paradigm since the concept of pre-creating a curriculum using the concept: 'one size fits all." and experts know best. For a period in the personal computer revolution 1959-2009, computer program usage awakened to the ideal that their training materials and their programs would capture more customers and less churn if they designed their training and Solutions material to be "USER FRIENDLY." A trendy way to make their introductory, intermediate, and help services were interactive with the user: that it gave a definition, showed a diagram, linked to a procedure when the student wanted it in real time and fast time. The art of creating USER FRIENDLY PROGRAM CURRICULUM, developed to an effective teaching art and then has just disappeared. Program introductory and advance training is virtually devoid of need based, instant training. Microsoft manuals used to be covered with blue links. Technical terms linked to examples and definitions in nanoseconds, Feedback questions, with personal choices, peppered their online manuals linking individuals when they wanted and needed a diagram, a video, a paragraph and did NOTHING AT ALL when the reader didn't want it. Today, upon the down load of OUR NEW WONDERFUL MICROSOFT EDGE, OR X, OR X.....THE reader is forced into a slideshow. put into a psudo reward motivation program, and constant intrusions from the dumbest virtual counselors with the most illogical complexities of questions and choices I have seen since the coin operated Fortune Tellers were retired from the 1920-1930's. Videos jump in and slather the entire screen with pre-ordained information, 3-D graphics are being forced fed into this process. WHO THE HELL IS IN CHARGE?

Device NOT offered May 2004 update, post "broad deployment"
As of 02/03/2021 - The "Dashboard" site "Windows 10, version 2004 and Windows Server, version 2004" states: "Windows 10, version 2004 is designated for broad deployment. The recommended servicing status is Semi-Annual Channel." I am a "seeker", every day morning & evening. My device uses "RealTek" audio drivers. NO (Conexant) drivers! No docking station. Installed latest drives offered by manufacturer ASUS for device X540UAR; Windows Update, and Microsoft Catalog. My OS version (1909) Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.1411]. "Broad deployment" is not happening for me! Perhaps additional AI "training" is necessary.
