The audio troubleshooter might be able to fix audio problems automatically. To run the troubleshooter. In the search box on the taskbar, type audio troubleshooter, select Fix and find problems with playing sound from the results, then select Next.. Select the device you want to troubleshoot and then continue through the troubleshooter.

Open Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel from the list of results. On the Playback tab, select your audio device, and then Set Default. Turn off Audio Enhancements. Go to Start, enter Sound, and select Sound Control Panel from the list of results.

The computer picks up every sound in the room and it echoes back through the computer's speakers. At this point since we're not able to troubleshoot and fix the problem we need a technician to assist us with this problem.
