Microsoft’ priorities –cosmetic change or neglecting faults
There used to be a car manufacturer in the UK called British Leyland, which was widely alleged to leave the reliability testing of new models to those customers who were foolish enough to buy them. Needless to say, its cars were full of faults and, unsurprisingly, the company went out of business. Microsoft seems to be heading down the same road. The latest Windows 10 Features Update 2004 apparently offers 16 new features. But it has also caused major problems for Windows users. These have been known since at least May, and many are unresolved, but this Update is still not labelled as a Beta version and users are being encouraged to take the Update without any warning that it is still full of problems. In my case, it has totally f**ked up my system. I cannot get any sound out of my audio system (Realtek in a Dell XPS 8930), and there is nothing in the troubleshooter, the support system or community forum which provides any clear and explicit guidance about how to resolve this. This approach to user support seems to typify Microsoft’s casual attitude to users of its systems. When Edge was introduced, it was an alleged improvement on Internet Explorer. It claimed to have many new features, but it also omitted some useful ones that had been part of IE, making some processes such as downloading and saving a copy of a pdf more complicated and time-consuming for users. And its handling of Favourites was and remains a disaster. What can we expect from the promised new Chromium-based version? Another shit-show? Office is suffering from the same pattern - producing continual unnecessary superficial cosmetic changes while reported faults are ignored. If the managers can't get the priorities right, and/or the programmers can’t cope with the complexity of what they are being asked to produce, isn’t it time for some substantial changes in the company’s personnel?

Windows 10 Update fails entire OS Win10, 2020 Update failur
I had an Old PC with Windows 8.1 pro, which 4-5 yrs ego updated to Windows 10 Pro by Microsoft. Yesterday I got ultimate 2020 update offer from Microsoft site and after hours of download and installation, my PC had every kind of problem, and now it does not even boot to OS. Searching on Internet, I found I'm not alone, and millions of peoples having the same problem. First I think it was very stupid for Microsoft to put this update out there, and making people to somehow go for buying a new version of Windows 10 (base on its 7-8 yrs cycle of new OS release). It could done this honestly by releasing a new Windows for sale, and I would not lost tons of file and $100s worth of installed Software on my PC. Now there is not even a USB tool or USB Trouble shooting neither any clue, where the problem is. My system on my most used PC I had is blocked, and no any reference on Microsoft attack the problem the way to solve, but leading to get a New Window OS, use installation USB, and here you go Now you have a new Windows 10 sold. Seems like Lebanese Gang working with Indo-Bangeladeshi Programmers to run Microsoft 2020 !

Having Bluetooth issues :(! Anyone else?
After the last windows update two of my Bluetooth headsets will no longer connect to my computer. We are also having issues on a brand new laptop that we bought and a new Bluetooth mouse not connecting as well. On my laptop I went through all of the fixes and I even preformed a clean install on my laptop and no affect. I reached out to Microsoft on Feedback hub and this is the message I received. "TL:DR; Thanks for reporting this problem to us; we're working on it. Try the troubleshooter (if you haven't already) http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=785321 This feedback (audio doesn't work) is the top issue we are tracking, and we're focusing a lot of effort on trying to fix it. One of the challenges with audio on Windows is it is a complex system with a lot of moving parts; there are a lot of things that can break. Depending on what breaks, different things might happen. You might get an error message; there might be a crash; things might get stuck; or you might even be in a situation where everything LOOKS like it's working, but yet no audio comes out. There's a multitude of different things we're looking at, finding problems with, coming up with fixes for, coming with workarounds for, doing preventive maintenance on, etc. – but this type of issue often doesn't have a simple fix. While we continue to work on this, we'll be keeping an eye on this feedback and your comments, to see if we're doing a good job. In the meantime, here are some of the specific things we're working on:" Plus some other B.S. on how to update drivers and turning on bluetooth which I had already done multiple times. Don't launch things until you know it works. My next computer will be a Mac.
