Windows 10 update failure (to version 1909)
My Dell laptop has version 1809 and it keeps attempting to update to version 1909. It has failed over and over and over again. In the past, I have received this error code: 0xc1900101. Today I received this message: "There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070057)" I have searched for a solution here, but they all seem very complicated. Can anyone refer me to something simple that will fix this? (I don't understand why Microsoft is sending updates that do not work).
Freezing after update
My computer freezes when I download the newest update. not sure why, I need to keep pushing back the update because this one gives me problems I think. Is it me or the new update?
Surface
I know about surface 2 but does the newer surface does any better than the older version?
Pick and Choose Update Packages
Please, it would be a life saver for many if users could pick and choose update packages. I had a big headache today uninstalling an update that led my Lenovo desktop to blue screening right at sign in and when I want to restart, it crashes immediately. Worse, I couldn't enter safe mode with my USB recovery drive because the PC didn't detect it. Fortunately, after trying each single USB ports I could boot into my USB drive and uninstall the update. Oh, there should be an easier way to access safe mode too. I remember with Windows 7 there was such a thing like boot menu. Yep, that one less second at boot costs me hours of productivity. Windows 10 Home x64 Out of date
Since the last Windosw 10 update, I keep getting the notice that your Windowsa Home x64 is out date. I have Windows support techs try to help but got no real help; one tech actually ended the remote help. My Dell surrport fund no issuses. So I am looking for any help I can get to fix this issue. I have read that others are having the same issues and some have sais that it is a false out of date notice. Last night a Windows expert told me that there is no such thing as a false out of date notice. I am very confused. Forgive my long descriton.

i am getting error message while open the "virus and threat protection setting" . it shows "your virus and threat protection is managed by your organisation". please resolve this issue.
