computer viruses not removed with windows defender products
windows 7-8-10: Windows defender does not work well as an antivirus program . I am wondering why MS doesnt tell customers to buy an antivirus program and continue to use it. i found an ISASS.exe in my computer . it took over about 30 percent of the folders. i tried to quaranine it and report it . i couldnt it attacks the security options first and greyed them out so i couldnt submit the problem. i took those computers to BEST BUY STAPLES OFFICE MAX and other private tech services. no one could actually remove the virus. i bought a new hard drvie at BEST BUY.. the computer was there for 3 days. At the store on pick up a hacker started to elongate the scroller button on the scroll bar side. i told the tech the virus was still in my system. they charged me $250 anyway.. said if there was a problem bring it back. i tried four times no one removed it !! NEVER take it out of the store if you see the same issue. I want to know why MS never helps targeted customers get those viruses out and why you dont have a more aggressive program to remove those kind of thnigs. I SASS.exe is not new but Windows defender in 7-8 10 doesnt remove any of it. we are brainwashed not to be concerned about it. thats how you end up buying three more computers cause the original one is over taken and crashed. Can't install any programs
I can't open any installed programs on windows 10 free edition. When I try to open them, it sends me a message saying "To continue receiving app recommendations, update now." I did update but it didn't fix it. I read many tutorials but none helped. It also says in the message that if I want to install apps outside of Microsoft store, I should read a tutorial with a link "I think" but when I click it, it opens the Microsoft store. Can anyone help me?
unbale to find windows notepad.
for some reason i cant find windows notepad and all the notepad files randomly dissapeared, when i checked in microdoft store it say it is installed but it cant be used in this device. i am currently using a surface pro 4 it worked fine before it is suddenly gone along with all the saved files what can i do now??

tabbing out while playing games
I just donwloaded windows 10 edition minecraft and when I look downwards my taskbar pops up. if im clicking at that moment it tabs me out and i cant really play. if anyone can help that would be appreciated. ps: it only happens when I play windows 10 minecraft.

in place upgrade buggy?
hi, I tried an in place upgrade on my device but got a message stating: You can't keep Windows settings, personal files and apps your current version of Windows might be installed in an unsupported directory. Tried some method of fix but to no avail. Anyone facing the issue? I have read from here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-windows_install/windows-10-repair-upgrade-not-working/4551adb8-0f07-4ec5-ace0-00c59a8b11be that it could be a bug. Can someone confirm or let Microsoft know?
