why is Encrypt option greyed out ?
Dear Sir/Mdm, I am disappointed that the "encrypt" option is greyed out in Windows. Does this apply only to Home edition? Is a basic tool and I think Windows should make it available . Thanks and best regards, Jason
How many people wish that win10 has that one thing.
This talks in regards to the animations of windows 10, a focus on a user input settings app, a better "What's new" orinetation, or just a fix to make it work right. Or a removal of the automatic "Remove previous versions of windows" Honestly who still thinks that is a good idea?

MEI x 64 Device Not Started
I am running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit operating system on an ASUS H81M-Plus board and Intel Core i5 -4440 CPU and 8.00 GB installed memory. In Device Manager under heading ‘Intel Management Engine Interface’ I get the message Device not started (MEI x64) after Windows Update. Device had a problem starting. Question: Is this affecting my PC’s performance and is it the reason I get under ‘Windows Update’ the message : Your device is missing important security updates.

Booting up
My computer runs Windows 10 pro. It failed to boot up once so I took it to a local repairer. He managed to get it to reboot but left the computer with another problem which he has failed to resolve. On trying to boot up the computer seems to do so OK but within seconds the arrow cursor stalls. The computer is, I believe, fully up-dated. On switching off the computer and re booting everything now works OK. There is a difference in the two rebooting screens. The first ( faulty ) boot up starts with Windows panes and the dots chasing each other for a short time then moves to the admin screen and then to the working screen where you can click on the apps you want to use. Then shortly the cursor goes on strike ( with any mouse ). On rebooting the first screen is identical but much longer lasting, it then moves to a blue screen saying please wait whilst the dots chase around. This screen lasts only a few seconds before the admin screen shows for a short period before changing to the working screen. This all means a much longer boot up period and not being able to leave the computer sleeping as from there it restarts with a cursor going on strike again.. If anyone can help it would be much appreciated but please remember I am a computer ignoramus Thank you.
Bluetooth discoverable
I have a BOSE NC 700 headphone, with Bluetooth. It used to work well with WIN 10. Not sure what happened after several WIN updates. Now the the headset Bluetooth pairs but when I click to Connect, it gives a msg that it is not "discoverable". I have tried so many options, per many suggestions, including "remove" and re-pair again. Turn off Bluetooth then turn on. Tried uninstalling Bluetooth, restart then try again and again same msg. Uninstall and reinstall Bluetooth Enumerator, same results. Remove/uninstall Bluetooth Device, restart the PC, again tried to reconnect, same msg that my headset is Not discoverable. I and at a loss!!!! I have tried numerous ways to make the BOSE headset discoverable, still same issue that it is NOT discoverable. The strange thing is that the same BOSE Headset pairs and connects to my iPhone XR, my iPad Pro, my Mini Apple and my other iPad, but NOT with this WIN 10. So I assume the issue is NOT with the Headset, but rather with my WIN 10. Can someone help? Keeping in mind that I have tried all the options listed above. Need help! Appreciate any help, guidance or suggestions.
