As it turns out, Apple been advertising their phones as waterproof...which was the case but only under specific conditions π€¦ββοΈ makes you wonder if the Water/dust resistant rating is actually worth anything, but so far only Apple has been sued. After all, there has been a lot of problems with Apple products in the last 10years, such as bending phones, keyboards that fall a part , corrosion in all their devices....and so on.
Interacting with Computers π
Recently, I have heard conversations and comments that 'we' are spending too much time on our devices and less on our interactions with human beings. I respect these views but I do not share them. The world of the Internet and our devices (mine is a desktop computer) offers me splendid opportunities to engage with so many people across this world of ours. Whilst it is a fact that there are downsides with some aspects of the Internet connectivity, the positive opportunities are much more. For those of us who live in rural communities the Internet offers a 'window' (excuse the usage of 'Window' on the rest of the world. π This particular platform is a favourite of mine π€© and the sense of connectivity is fantastic. Also, this platform affords me and people like me, an opportunity to explore the world of computing and its advantages. So many thanks to you all and especially the Windows Teams π you guys are really π
watching videos here in the community shows nothing
Why is it that when I go to a topic or topics to watch videos, I see only blank screen? I can hear sounds and see the subtitles, but no images. I am using Edge.

Need to reinstall Microsoft store
I tried many things but still not able to reinstall Store as it was not working I tried some youtube videos but still not able to reinstall. Some example - I tried 1. Click Start, type Powershell. In the search results, right-click βPowerShellβ and click Run as administrator. 2. In the PowerShell window, type the command, shown below and hit ENTER. β€ COMMAND: Get-AppxPackage *windowsstore* | Remove-AppxPackage and press ENTER. In order to restore or reinstall Microsoft Store, start PowerShell as Administrator. Click Start, type PowerShell. In the search results, right-click the PowerShell and click Run as administrator. In the PowerShell window, type the command given below and press ENTER. This should install/reinstall the Microsoft Store app. After the process ends, reboot your PC to complete this action. β€ COMMAND: Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} Powershell Get-AppxPackage not working? The issue might occur because the AppX Deployment Service was disabled. Here's how to enable it: 1. Press WIN + R, type in 'regedit' and and press Enter 2. Navigate the following path: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\AppXSvc 3. On the right hand double-click on Start 4. Set it to 2 and press OK 5. Now, restart your computer. It should work now, give it a try!

Not Sure What Is Happening With The Non Marked Responses
Hello Fellow Windows Community Members & Staff, Sorry for the confusing Title but I could only post 60 characters in there. Anyways!... has anyone else noticed that almost 90% of the members here have "Stopped" using and Supporting the " Like - LOL - Helpful - Awesome " areas in the original OP Posts, and in the Reply's to the OP as well. (IMO) it always gives me a great feeling inside if I can answer a members question and I then received a "Helpful" response back from the OP and of course a reply. By using these features we also accumulate badges for our participation and involvement in Our Community. I know these badges are just for fun, and have No value except to the person who has earned them. Since I've been a member here I Always try and leave one of these selections marked in Every Post. a new member can learn a lot from other members posts that may have had the same problem and is looking for a solution when they come across one of our old posts with the answer already there. What are your thoughts on this Matter?.. Likes / Dislikes?..

I have tried to use the Cortana function and I have found it more of a hindrance than help. Do you use this on a regular basis?
