Task Manager Unfinished Task after Windows Update
π Plug your PC/Laptop π Open TASK MANAGER π click one either CPU, MEMORY, or DISK (it should a working process on the top of the list). π CLOSE ALL your App/s except Task Manager π Leave your PC/Laptop for at least 10 minutes to start the task. ** If you want to know/see/watch/look, what PROCESSES is working. Set your screensaver off or at least 30 minutes(Your choice). π Sit & Relax, wait until the task is finished. Processes Name will be going up/down indicating it is being called to report. π ** Do not touch anything(mouse, keyboard or the plug). ** Once it is interrupted, the task manager will be focusing on your command. π All performing successful/unsuccessful process will be viewed the Event Viewer, under Windows Logs --> APPLICATION and to SYSTEM
How Windows Defender Saved You?
If you are using Windows 10, you will have Windows Defender inside it and it provides you great protection. Malwares (Virus, Worm, Trojan, Spyware, Adware,...) might tried hit you through number of ways like email, browser, external USB device, β¦ and if they had malware, Windows Defender will block it and show you notification. If you ever received message from Windows Defender telling you , there is malware trying to harm you, please share your experience here. Did you look into history to see what was the malware? or You just trust Windows Defender gets ride of it?
Windows apps
Windows' apps are very useful in our life and are very easy to use. It has very nice features. Before I get my hp pc, I was using a MacBook pro. it was a very complicated programme. I recommend all the peoples to have a pc with a Windows programme . I hope that my words are helpful. waiting for new apps and features

After a while i get the error 0xc0000142 that should have been fixed in version 1803. I have automatic update active and is now on version 1909
Windows resilience
I want to let you know what happened because itβs the first time in all my 30+ years IT life. I used to have two volumes/partitions, C: for Windows OS and E: for my data. Thursday evening I started Windows Update (only for last November 2019 cumulative update, I update very often) and shut down when finished. On Friday morning when I booted up the system I saw the Windows nice landscape photo but when I tried to login the password box was not shown, no way to login. I tried ALL possible paths (safe mode, cmd, etc.). You know what I found? Using diskpart from cmd I found a single volume/partition that was the merge of my C: and my E: data !!! dir command was showing all my C and E directories and files together in one single volume/partintion! Windows was corrupted somehow, no gpt fix, efi rebuild was successful. My SD with my Windows 10 File History was not accessible (and useless since the OS itself was corrupted). All my data were there, there was no encryption so, without any login, I saved all my data on a usb hdd with robocopy (this is very bad on a security perspective, Itβs enough to have a usb stick and some time with a pc available, e.g. lunch break, and you can stole the whole data from it, easy, no password, no hack. Either Bitlocker or, even better, a 3rd parties encryption after UEFI layer is recommended. But this time I was happy I did't have bitlocker). The only solution to bring back to work the laptop was to boot from the Recovery Drive (lucky I did and had) and then restore a full image (lucky I did and had) with the old Windows 7 Backup Tool and finally robocopy back all my data (then upgrade again but not to the latest cumulative, better to wait a bit, a fix might come, then backup again). One additional note, since during the restore process I chose not to format all partitions from scratch, now I have one single partition C: with both OS and Data, Iβm leaving Windows decision be the final one on how my volumes have to be on my laptop π
I have Windows on an external drive and i run it on my iMac
I installed Windows 10 on an external drive I use to Run from my desktop Mac. The drive has 1TB and general system speed and perfomance is good but some games, and PowerPoint slideshows go so lagged and slowly cause of the hardware. Any thing I could do for fixing that? Thaanks
Audio Muffled on HP Pavillion 15-cw1063wm after update
My audio has become muffled on my HP Pavillion 15-cw1063wm after the most recent windows update. Unless it's something else? Also, my B&O Audio Control is not connecting "Can not connect to RPC service".
