What new feature would you like most in the next Windows?
It seems lately the most we expect in terms of new features is security updates these days? I would like to see a major revamp to the U.I. and how about a good cleaning of legacy code out of Windows. Why not cut the fat out of the system a bit and have delineating feature set between legacy of 10 or more years ago and new. In other words try to make windows run faster on less resources. Add some new U.I. tweaks and eliminate redundant menus and settings. Add a new kernel and filesystem that is faster and more efficient. Harden the kernel further against attack and run more processes in sandbox. I would be pretty excited to see a new windows with those features, how about you?
windows 10 pro display screen sleep issue
Can someone tell me why windows 10 pro looses network connection when you only set the display to turn off after a predefined time and not allowing the SP to go to sleep? i have gone through many articles/ registry suggestions about making sure the network setting is set to not turn off when the SP goes to sleep so thats all fine. but i cannot find out why and how to stop this. windows 7 never use to do it. you could set the display to turn off after a certain time and that's exactly what would happen. The computer would still be running and all the network connections would stay connected. very frustrated!
How was Your Experience Upgrading to Windows 10 Build 2004
Hi Everyone, More and more people are getting notification to upgrade to Windows 10 Build 2004. It is as easy as performing an update but since it is new build, it will take longer. I am wondering, how was your experience in case of upgraded to build 2004? Was it smooth upgrade? Everything was working after upgrade?
window brightness problem
My system window brightness automatically low without press any button and i used button for adjust when its low down, its problem start from today then after i update my windows and also update my bias after that 2 option was came & i chose 2nd option, there was 1st option is BOOT command and 2nd option is EMF like this after i used 2nd option my home display background was gone. need to help me solve this issue.

I can't activate Windows 10 after hard drive switch.
I was given this desktop computer by a kind person in my community, and I pulled the original hard drive and gave it to them for thier security and installed a new one myself. I then installed Windows 10 from a copy that my old boss at a local computer shop provided me for free, no product key of course though. I installed the Windows 10 Pro OS and tried to get it activated so I could use the wide range of features available once activated but failed to get it done before it went limited setting. I recently spoke with a kind microsoft rep. online about another issue and brought up my issue with activation he gave me a screenshot and link for an accessibilities options for people with disabilities program that was over but assured me that I fit all the criteria nessessary to get my copy of Windows 10 activated free but I've had nothing but headaches and redirects that have consumed many hours of my time to no avail! I'm on a very fixed income and require activation for my O/S ASAP! Wireless earbuds for Windows 10 device
I bought Power Beats Pro and ended up returning them after using 2-3 days. I am mainly using it for listening to music and communication for Teams/Zoom meeting. They fulfilled almost all the categories that I was looking for, but then...When I tried to use them during online meeting, mic would create very loud white noise-ish sound and couldn't fix it. After uninstalling/installing several times, it went away, but then same problem came back only a few charging cycle later. My go-to headphones have been Bose Q-35 that works flawlessly but wanted to switch to wireless earbuds type now. I watched and read lots of reviews about Surface Earbuds but I think I will wait for 2nd gen to be released. things that I consider important are : reliability, connectivity (no drop out), latency(for video watching/editing), battery life (for work hour usage), audio quality and COMFORT! What are some wireless earbuds people use here? My desktop is custom built with Windows 10 latest update. šā
