Pinning Websites
I'm sure some of you may have noticed, while others may have not, but you can no longer pin websites to the start screen, even by pinning it to your taskbar and dragging to your start screen, it can no longer be done. I've been aware of this, and have working around it, but after this last update....... ok, well we'll leave it at that... I was chatting with Microsoft Tech support this afternoon, and after I finally got them to try and pin a web site to their start screen, they admitted they couldn't do it either. Funny though they had a work around? So here's the work around, and it involve Google Chrome! Open the website you want to pin to your Windows 10 Start Screen in Google Chrome. Yea, you read that right! Once your website is open, click on the three dots located in the upper right hand corner. Scroll down until you sees More Tools. Hover over that and choose Create Shortcut... a pop up will appear where you name your shortcut, and here is where it gets important! You need to check the box that says Open as Window, then click create. Now go back to your start screen and under recently added apps you will see your recently added website. There is one last step. With it there you will not be able to move it around. So while it is in the Recently Added Apps right click and choose Pin to Start Menu. Voila! You're done, and your websites are now back on your start screen. Let's do hope that the boys and girls in Redmond fix this!

We need more details!
Hello Windows Community. I am making this post to ask everyone, please for the love of god. You need to understand that we here are not AI, we do not simply understand random words. To be able to help we need actual helpful information regarding your issues, not just random words randomly put in a sentence! If you say ''My computer is slow for no reason'', you are not helping us help YOU. Yes I can give you A LOT of troubleshooting steps, but isn't it going to be better if you just provided some more valuable information. 1. When did the problem occur, and have you done something that might be the reason for the issue? 2. What version are you running of Windows 3. Is it a laptop or a Desktop...etc. Information like this is extremely helpful, because sometimes no one can help you, if you are the only one who understands the thing that you have written! Please try to make sure there is no spelling mistakes that will make your message unreadable! Make sure you have (in detail) explained your issue. Make sure you have given enough info that we can understand, there is nothing like TOO much details when it comes to such problems! The more details you give us, the better and faster we will be able to help. I am extremely annoyed when I see so many confused people like me here, just because someone was too ''lazy'' to write two more sentences! I am always trying to answer, but sometimes I can not, and most of the times I can not because I do not understand your issue! How do you expect us to understand if even Google struggles to find results. Please, be more careful when explaining your issues. I am not trying to look like I am the smartest guy, but I think we can all agree that it is annoying not being able to help just because we simply do not understand the issue π€ Thank you for the time spent, wish you all an amazing rest of the year π

Microsoft MAIL App and Account explanation on Side toolbar
Curious if someone can explain very simply exactly the ways in which the accounts are being structured for the end-user on the side toolbar inside the Windows MAIL app? I see a couple of "Accounts" if that's what the correct term for it is. Under each account I see "Calendars" If that is correct as well. So my main questions is this- I see: -Cortana -Microsoft Account -Outlook Each one has an enclosed downward facing arrow! Upon expanding the Microsoft account I see Calendar, and when I go to Outlook I see Calendar. I hope that the sentence alone shows my confusion? Please explain how I as an end user should be understanding this structure so i am able to use it to my favor and incorporate some sort of workflow without getting to overly explanatory. Thanks for your time.

Narrator is running silent on me βΉ
Narrator is one of the best apps for me. Being visually impaired I use frequently to read incoming emails, documents etc. Following the download of kb4558244, (01/05/2020) the narrator will not read text. I am 'rudderless' without this feature. π I have reported the 'bug' via the Feedback hub and I can only hope that normal service will be resumed as quickly as possible. Anyone else having this problem or any problem following kb4558244? π€ Update as of 16:35 hours (UK) time Windows Insider Team has responded to my query 'at pace' π€© - I thank them for their attention to the problem. ππ Narrator has been restored as my screen reader. π

False app in Microsoft Store.
I bought and downloaded an app called βYouTube video downloader HDRβ. When you buy it claims to be ads free? Itβs not. As a matter of fact, itβs very aggressive in showing ads. It pops up ads for casinos, s e x , βyour computer is under attackβ and so on. In terms & conditions MS store all the apps in MS store are supposed to be approved by MS. Itβs not unlikely this APP can give you more than you bargained for. Where can I report issues like this? Sincerely LokePus
