Trying to decide whether I should invest in a new laptop for an online based only small business. Need to list products, accept orders and payments, handle shipping and record keeping. Cortana Speaker connection issues
I finally reached Microsoft Assure or Microsoft Support after two weeks of phone down time. The reason was to get help connecting my Harman kardon Invoke speaker. Usually not an issue. I keep getting a message during set up "I am having trouble reaching the service". Microsoft Assure or Microsoft Support knows nothing about any ongoing issues... Has anyone had similar issues connecting their Cortana speaker??
