I can't activate Windows 10 after hard drive switch.
I was given this desktop computer by a kind person in my community, and I pulled the original hard drive and gave it to them for thier security and installed a new one myself. I then installed Windows 10 from a copy that my old boss at a local computer shop provided me for free, no product key of course though. I installed the Windows 10 Pro OS and tried to get it activated so I could use the wide range of features available once activated but failed to get it done before it went limited setting. I recently spoke with a kind microsoft rep. online about another issue and brought up my issue with activation he gave me a screenshot and link for an accessibilities options for people with disabilities program that was over but assured me that I fit all the criteria nessessary to get my copy of Windows 10 activated free but I've had nothing but headaches and redirects that have consumed many hours of my time to no avail! I'm on a very fixed income and require activation for my O/S ASAP! Windows Search Index high resources usage.
There is a sudden, increase in the resource usage (CPU, RAM, DISK) by windows search indexing. So i tried running troubleshooter. this didn't helped. Then in command prompt, i tried running sfc scannow with administrative privileges. This also didn't helped. At last i had to turn it off by heading over to service manager. But i don't want to turn it off. Please help ! I am currently on latest version of windows 10.

Hi, I am a Microsoft person when it comes to computer. This is my fourth personal computer in my life time. I used windows in all of the computer. My question is why does the computer goes slow over the time, even though I have enough RAM space and memory?

Why does Windows slow down overtime?
A year back when I got my pc it was all snappy and stuff now when I try to open my notifications panel, file explorer or even right clicking to correct a word that was spell checked everything takes a solid second or two. A lot of people complain about this and windows updates, so what's the deal Microsoft? What are your people opinions on this issue? Does your PC also slow down overtime? Do you even notice this or do you just roll with it? Do you think Microsoft will ever fix this issue?

Windows 10 Home x64 Out of date
Since the last Windosw 10 update, I keep getting the notice that your Windowsa Home x64 is out date. I have Windows support techs try to help but got no real help; one tech actually ended the remote help. My Dell surrport fund no issuses. So I am looking for any help I can get to fix this issue. I have read that others are having the same issues and some have sais that it is a false out of date notice. Last night a Windows expert told me that there is no such thing as a false out of date notice. I am very confused. Forgive my long descriton.
